The service at this location is non existent, ignored and credit card acceptance down. I parked pushed the service button waited 15 minutes until no cars were in a stall, everyone was getting serviced in the drive thru so I got behind a truck and was able to get my order taken. Service sucks. The mic never works. They have no customer service skills are awful. Waited 10 minutes for them to come to the mic and had to drive up to the window. When I explained my situation the sever was rude and nonchalant. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location. But I promise you it will be the last. Horrible service..... I have had mixed experiences at this location. This time it was much better. However, there was a rather long delay (14 mins) considering there was only 1 car in the stall and 3 cars in the drive thru. Sonic needs to improve efficiency and/or staff the shifts better. if i could give 0 stars i definitely would .. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER .. i always use my sonic app to order and normally i only order drinks .. I know it's a fast food place but come on people I gave them three different chances to get my order I tried over the curb side head the employees just playing around and not listening to the mic. Then I drove to the drive-through window same issue just playing around is what I heard so I pulled up next to the building and I saw all of the members just talking and playing around so I called there over the phone and asked for the manager and informed her of the situation she replied here in sonic we like to have a good time that's fine but when a customer tried 3 times to a order and you still can't get it right there is a time for that I did not get her name but this was on 2/3/17 around 7:30 pm and she said she was the manager just horrible. read more
