I love the drink selection but the service at this place is HORRIBLE. No matter what time or day you will be waiting over 20 mins for anything your order. Last time I waited a total of 40 mins and ended up leaving without my half my order. Today, I waited 18 mins, pressed the service button twice after it timed out on its own the first time without ever being acknowledged. Slow, expensive, small portions and improperly prepared food. I know we should've gone someplace different/better, especially having had several bad experiences with this location before, but figured that maybe they'd be better since it would be slow that night. I was wrong! When you pay as much for popcorn chicken there, you'd expect that it would be at least the same qty as a 10 piece mcnugget at mcdonalds. Wrong. You'd think it would be as fresh as McDonald's mcnugget slurry. Wrong. You'd expect it would be hot. WRONG! Furthermore, a 12" hot dog should come on a 12" bun, not 2 buns butted up to each other and covered in chili to hide the fact that they're too lazy to keep proper inventory. (this store runs out of stuff all of the time!) Maybe I have a bad thought process here, but you'd think that, as a manager, if a customer approaches you to discuss a problem, you don't just skate away and tell them over your shoulder that's just how it is. I guess it was my fault for being rude and asking the manager to resolve my problem before she moved on to being rude to other customers? Needless to say, I've learned my lesson this time and won't be back. read more

I had a large order, time was good and correct on first time. food was great so it was a perfect visit. It was better then expected and they went out of there way to get even just a ranch dressing for my family. They were out of ranch when it was ordered so some how it still was provided. I am currently sitting here waiting going on 25 minutes because I tried to use a voucher given to me by a manager a couple weeks ago. I'm being told it's taking so long because they don't know what to do with it. Seriously? The reason I was given the voucher in the first place is because I waited an hour the last time I was here when I even ordered on the app. The service is ridiculous and the food is sub-par. I decided to give them one last chance and unfortunately we will not be coming back. So disappointed! read more

So I stopped by to get a quick drink and some tater tots thinking this should only be a few minutes and they had a special on grilled cheese sliders so i ordered two of them. The drive thru line was a bit long, but it wasnt a big deal I figured someone must have called in sick because it looked like one guy was doing all the work. After 20 minutes in line I start to wonder whats going on. I have worked fast food before and I can make food for 4 cars by myself in 20 minutes. I finally get to the front of the line and they come out with an order and ask, " did you order this?". So I get the idea they dont know what I ordered. I replied no I did not and before I could tell her my order she went to the next car back and asked the same question. I can now see inside and there are 4 employees standing around talking . I decided that I have waited this long so I might as well spend a few more minutes to get my order. She comes over again with another order and asks again if I ordered what I could see before me, again leaving with no chance of an interaction to correct her obvious cluelessness to what exactly I did want. Now I am upset and instead of ruining her day I write this review. So if you enjoy massachism and want to drive away angry after waiting 27 min in drive thru and not getting your order then Sonic is the place for you. Enjoy! read more

I just recently got your app and last night around 9:00pm I decided to do a mobile order because it is later at night and I wanted to get my food and go. When I got there I pulled into a stall and checked in. 10 minutes pass by and other cars come and go with their food so I decide to pull into the drive through and get my order instead. When I pulled up to where they bring you your food there were 2 employees a young boy and girl messing around at the door and at one point the girl locked the boy out of the store. At that point I figured they were kids and it happens sometimes. After waiting 20 minutes to get my food I was finally on my way home just to check our bag and they forgot the only 2 food items we got, so I went back and politely told the girl through the speaker that I just came by I had a mobile order my name was alisha and you forgot my 2 corn dogs. I pull up to get my corn dogs and she goes to the car in front of me I'm guessing was her friends and started swearing and jokingly saying "what bitch did you forget you damn corn dogs" laughs realizes it was me the car behind that one and hands me my corn dogs laughs and goes back to talk to her friends. I wish I had gotten her name but at that moment I was so mad I didn't even think to look for a name tag. All I know is me and my family won't be coming back here and the app is deleted. read more

Don't come here if you want to wait 30 minutes for a slush and a shake. My order said it was on its way over 10 minutes ago. I pressed the button to see what was going on because people that came and ordered after I did have already received their order and left. They told me that they were catching up on orders that they got before mine. I finally got my order and my shake was completely melted. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back here. The food tastes fine, I like sonic's shakes and drinks...but the service at this particular location is slow, you're frequently charged for things you didn't order, and don't get what you did order. Avoid it. read more

I finally pulled forward and walked some Lady that worked there said well there's only one computer that's working I said I don't care that's not my problem that's your managers problem ! They gave us the wrong drink. We ordered the blue coconut. When we told them about it they rolled they eyes, walked back in,and apparently grabbed the next closest blue beverage because they ended up giving us a cotton candy one. Not only that but all three of our cream slushes were the consistency of water. I was sad because I love their cream slushes but it sucked. Third world problems. read more

I love sonic shakes but this Sonic has issues with using to much milk and not enough ice cream. Seriously why would I want my shake in liquid form. All the favors go to the bottom of the cup and it's just plain nasty. They definitely need to learn the correct way to make a shake. read more

Fast order takers! Friendly carhops! Such a fun yummy place!! carhops always offering to fix something if needed, always asking if I need sauces. When they take my order they always help make my drinks so flavorful and yummy! Their gm Torie is so nice and funny and making sure I'm happy when I leave sonic! We went there to get breakfast before work and all that was ordered was a breakfast burrito and sweet tea. After waiting for 10 minutes unacknowledged, the lady came out with a peach tea and burrito. She took the tea back with my card and brought back an unsweetened tea and left my card inside. She then had to go back and get my card and I just kept the tea. This place is always slow but they generally have the best sweet tea in Utah. read more

So I pulled into a spot to order and pushed the order button and the screen pops up that they will be right with you, waited about 5 minutes and pushed it again. Once again the message pops up, in the meantime another car pulls in beside me and we both wait another 5 minutes at least. It didn't seem that busy so the guy next to me jumps out and asks one of the girls dropping orders off when they would take our order. She says" Oh, that station has been out of order for 3 or 4 days now and the one next to it is broke also. They had been walking by my car for over 10 minutes and didn't even think to let us know the order station didn't work?????? So as I am pulling out I see a piece of paper curled up taped to the front of the station but nothing covering the actual order board itself to let you know its out of order! Like an idiot I pulled up to the drive thru portion because I really wanted some food. Once again I sat, this time behind a lady talking to the speaker "Hello?" "Hello" but no one answered and someone had pulled in behind me so I couldn't back up. The lady finally gave up and drove off so I pulled up waited 30 seconds and started honking my horn, after another 30 seconds I drove up to the front, got out and cornered one of the kids handing out food and told him that there were 4 cars in the drive up line and why weren't they taking orders. He explained that they had new headsets and would take my order. 35 minutes after pulling in I had my hot dog and shake. I applaud hiring young kids of high school age but someone really needs to be in charge and take ownership. What a joke !! read more
