This location keeps getting worse and worse. What is so hard about asking somebody for a hamburger and getting a hamburger? The last time I went, I requested a hamburger, it came out with cheese on it. I handed it back asking for it to be made again. It came out a second time with cheese on it! A manager finally had to make my burger for me and it came out correct. Tonight I went through the drive-thru around 9:30pm. I asked for a double hamburger with pickles and mustard only. The employee advised me she only has cheese available to put on the burger? I told her I do not want cheese. Again she said that's all she can put on it, otherwise, it'll just be the burgers and a bun. So I said okay. It sounds like a lazy employee issue to me. So I pull forward, there's a White Chevy Tahoe PARKED at the drive thru window. There's nobody in the vehicle! We waited for awhile, then a woman came out of the employee only entrance, drinks in hand and gets in the parked vehicle. Now the woman in the vehicle and the employee at the window proceed to have a full on chat session! We'd been waiting at least 15 minutes. I finally gave up and went to Five Guys. I'm done with Sonic. Management needs to go through this place and clean house of their lazy employees! read more

The ladies working here are extremely rude and I inconsiderate. We asked for an extra ranch and and extra fork and they gave us tude when we went back through the drive through for it. No customer service what so ever. Blatantly laughing in our faces. DISAPPOINTED! Also no napkins and when we finished our meal we had to get out of the car ourselves when it clearly states "drive-in" just to throw trash away. RIDICULOUS! read more

This was my sonic, right down the street from my house. My friend's kid brother used to work there and give us free ice cream. I'm a sonic lover, and for some entertainment in Kingman there's nothing like going to sonic and sitting in your car, listening to music, and eating delicious popcorn chicken and peanut-butter blasts. Stopped by here on the way home from a trip to Phoenix and was sorely disappointed. My husband had to repeat our order 2 or 3 times, we had to wait quite a while and then the order ended up being wrong. They rang us up for the wrong size drink, only gave my husband one patty when he explicitly asked for a double 3 times and still charged us for two patties. The other food was ok but all came out lukewarm like it had been sitting for a while. Staff was friendly enough but didn't seem overly concerned that they got our order wrong. Won't be going here again and I'd advise anyone who does to double check their food before they pull away. read more

We stopped a few days ago as we were dying for a good burger. We each ordered a bacon cheeseburger type thingy and asked for the meat to be well done and the bun toasted and the bacon crispy. . The guy said 'toast the bun?" Yes, just put it on the grill and toast it , please. What we got was 2 soggy burgers, buns not toasted, the meat was gray, probably cooked but not well done..looks like it had been cooked in a microwave. A bunch of runny slop was thrown on top of it chopped up lettuce in a sea of mayo or unidentifiable slop. But the bacon was crispy. This used to be a good restaurant. But we won't be going here anymore after this. Maybe it was a new untrained guy taking orders...whatever. You lost 2 more customers. read more

I should have known better than to stop in the identity theft capital of the west. You can bet I don't stop for gas here ever. I'm nearing the end of days with fast food, as it doesn't appear anybody who works in it cares about what they're doing. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese Toaster with no cheese. What the attendant Toni translated this to was a Bacon, Egg, Cheese Burrito with no cheese, and oh, lets add sausage and charge him extra for it. I managed to catch the fact it was a burrito they were making me and stop them from bewildering me completely. Fine, I'll take your sausage and accept the charge. Next up, ordered a BASIC hamburger, with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and pickle ONLY. We had a five minute discussion on how I couldn't fathom their BASIC hamburger costs $3.89?? Most basic hamburgers are under $2 last time I checked. The burger came with cheese. I have no idea why the lingo is when someone wants a hamburger, people automatically assume you meant a cheeseburger. I'm sorry, but I say what I mean. Toni didn't have the heart to face me again, as she made someone else hand me a smashed up bun containing a thin burger that was falling apart. Clearly not a bargain for the most expensive basic burger I've ever had. While Toni was pleasant, she made no apologies and no offerings to refund for overcharged items I didn't order, much less comp the meal. Never stopping in Kingman ever again for anything, even if I have relatives bizarrely end up moving there. read more

Sonic is one right down the street from our house. We go every evening for a 1/2 price shake or drink and love it. Now no more 1/2 price drinks at night .. you must order on the Sonic Apt and then get 1/2 price drinks with your order .. no shakes or floats but drinks. Im 65 and don't deal with apps. I tried tonight so we could get drinks and eat. It took about 1 hr to figure out my order and had to call Sonic twice to get help how to do this. I was about done in 1 hour (which is ridiculous) and I could not figure out how to pay. I had to buy a Sonic card for $5, $10, $20 or more and use that to pay then get stuck with my left over amount to use another time or lose it. We were not happy with this stress. At 65 I did not need this stress to order on an app. I don't use apps at my age. This was stressful. Im not sure Im going back. What happened to making things easier instead of making Senior Citizens have to figure out apps that teenagers use. Give me back the old ways that were easier. I hate this app crap. I don't need to go to Sonic anymore if this is how hard they are making things for those who are not up on new technology. read more

It's not fun when you're hungry and thirsty and the temperature is 105 outside. The lines are long and slow. I got a double cheeseburger with bacon..it tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in quite a while..old grease taste. Had to throw it in the trash, I didn't want my dog to get sick from it ..This place has really gone down hill in the past year. I won't be coming here anymore. Worst fast food I have ever had, buns were stale and burnt, chocolate shake tasted like coconut, and the price was way way to expensive. I complained to Sonic headquarters and thet had some kid who worked for the Kingman sonic call me (not even in management) just asked me what i wanted. Did NO good to complain. The food at this sonic is beyond barf. The ywo hotdogs if you can call them that made me sick after i took one bite. Threw all my order in the trash. I wasted thirteen dollars on crap. read more
