I decided to give Sonic a chance but as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru I could only hear loud music blasting. I had to say my order a solid 5 times before the worker could understand me. On top of that I asked to speak to a manager and they send out a "crew leader" who was 16 years old. They offered no resolution and I ended up canceling my whole order. Worst customer service experience. I will never be coming back. read more

They didn't honor a BOGO coupon. (Coupon stated "no online ordering") sonic said they wouldn't let me do it in store. Then I ordered a triple smasher, no cheese, no sauce, no pickle with bacon. Received said burger with cheese, sauce, pickle, no bacon. They remade it and gave it back to me, burger was now a regular double with only onion. Not to mention the tables were dirty and the restaurant wasn't well cleaned. The manager obviously does not care about his job, he was on his phone the whole time. I run into issues with Sonic whenever trying to redeem app only promotions or coupons. Not once will the manager on duty accepts or overwrite to give you the app deal due to app/online issues. They won't honor it. Which is ridiculous in my opinion. During my last visit I ordered a $2 value cheese burger and asked for lettuce, pickle, and, onions and it only had pickle on it. Their blast and drinks are fine as usual and their tater tots decent, just can't get over the fact that they won't honor due to their system failure. read more

Run my teens who don't care, let us sit for 20 minutes and when we buzzed to ask what was going on we were told they are out of onion rings , I asked if that's what were waiting on and they said yes, no attempt made to let us know until we buzzed they weren't even busy no one was in the drive and only one other car in the lot. Everything is cold and melted, won't be back. Wow now that I'm home I can see I'm missing a large order of cheese sticks and tots and the phone line is busy ... this is so deplorable is everyone in there on drugs ? They had plenty of time to fix our order .. what a joke read more

When all you want is ice cream on your way home, and you stop at a place that is known for it's ice cream blasts (thinking about all those commercials) only to find out all they can do are milkshakes is very disappointing. I guess it will be another 20 years before we stop back at a Sonic. read more

We did not even know this location was here, due to it being set so far back from the main road and not very good signage, but this was the NICEST Sonic I have ever been to AND it has a dining room which is a huge plus for us! We do not like to eat in our car so we were very happy to see that this had the drive-in, the drive-thru and the dining room all in the same location! This is yet another failure in Poinciana. How can you get fast-food wrong? How can you be working at a place you go to every damn day and still be unable to efficiently take an order? I came here and parked at one of the menus. Pressed the button. Waited 7m without so much of a be right with you. So I walked in. The guy working there was remedial at best and took way too long to come to the register after fk-ing around in the back. There was no one in the restaurant mind you yet it took more than 15m for the food and it was cold. The order was incredibly simple. This place simply sucks. read more

Ordered through the app at 415pm, no one in the drivethru but still waited over 30 minutes (442pm) to get food. I went inside at 436pm instead of having them deliver it to me and still took almost 10 more minutes to get 3 cheeseburgers a hot dog and a shake! This is 50s food brought to life, but it is0 when you order it there and eat it while it is still hot. Picking it up or having it delivered only allows the food to get cold. Tots are so much better than fries. The Sonic burger is not as juicy as it used to be. Now, it is overcooked and dry. The shakes are still great, but somehow, now the large is only the size of a medium. read more

This is the worst Sonic that I have ever seen and they rate no stars. I've given this place four chances and each time I have received poor service. Three times that I've been there they had no ice cream and once they couldn't serve me because they received a large food order and wouldn't have time to get to my order. I sent an email to Sonic Corporate and they advised Mgmt would contact me. Never happened. Its pretty obvious this Sonic is under poor Management and they frankly don't care if there are complaints or not. read more

This Sonic location always fast and accurate. I visit about 2 times a week and haven't had any issues except once when they were really busy one afternoon. The manager, Todd, brought out my Partner and I's order, apologized for the wait, and compensated us with some coupons. He was even understanding when I ordered the incorrect beverage combination and replaced it as needed. This location is great. Don't listen to the other reviews complaining about credit card machines and the occasional incorrect order. The employees here are nice and are always accommodating. read more

I don't know where it all went wrong with Sonic since opening. I ordered buffalo popcorn chicken and it looks more like soup. The flavor was so overpowering of Buffalo It literally was soggy. I love hot and spicy food, but this here was too overwhelming, tangy & soggy.also it only takes 5 sips to finish a medium drink ‍, they need to put less ice. I won't be ordering food, but will still order the only things that are good there.... Slushees And sonic blasts!!! read more

Terrible sonic have been to many in the past but this one stands out. Something is always wrong credit card machines are down, drive through is down, park and order stalls down you name it. Have been to this location a hand full of times always with the hope of maybe the last time was a fluke...NOPE. Btw my order only consists of a drink (limeade to be exact) I have ordered it on the app assuming it would speed things up ya no but waiting for a minimum of 20 mins (longest was almost an hr) for a soda is syrup in it is a little much. read more

When I asked why my food took so long, the gentleman told me "if you don't want to come here, then don't." He then called me an asshole to my face and walked away.
