This is probably normal bc I do understand they have to cook the calzones but I was tired from a long drive so maybe it was me. Our food came out. They served everyone but 1 of us and asked if we needed anything else. They said they would bring out plates, silverware, etc bc none of that was done during our long wait. I requested ketchup and asked about the calzone that was missing. She said she would check on it. She came back and said to be honest they burned it and have started a replacement. Ok. I guess we would have just done without had we not asked? The burned one was comped and I appreciate that but we should have been told when the food came out. The server was nice but we had to scrounge for napkins and go in for a to-go box.
