A quick stop to get milkshakes for my bride and myself was just the thing to cap off a pleasant afternoon together - but the Sonic crew completely destroyed the mood. Here's a tip for a successful food-service career: when you're taking an order, let the customer get a word in once in awhile. It's a drive-in, so I punched the call button, ordered the first milkshake, and instead of asking, "anything else?" or even giving me a chance to speak, she repeated my milkshake order, gave me a total and hung up. So I hit "cancel" on the credit card machine and punched the call button again. Three minutes ticked off without a response, so I drove to another speaker. No dice. A third speaker. Nothing. So I walked in the door (which surprised several staff - I guess it's employees only) and got my server (who was on the way out with my one milkshake) to FINALLY take the rest of my order. I don't usually get into it with strangers - especially those who are bringing me food I still intend to eat - but being talked over and then ignored really hacked me off. The experience deepened my already cavernous disdain for fast food chains. My peanut butter bacon shake was pretty good I suppose, but I really didn't enjoy it like I might have. read more

This Sonic makes the absolute best Molten Fudge Cake! I have been to several other locations across GA (I travel to different cities for work daily)and this is the only one who gets it right. I have driven 30 min from my home (bypassing 2 other Sonics) just to get one here. read more

Just came here and we have been waiting for over 20 mins for 6 of the small chicken sandwiches. And their ice cream machine is broken. I mean you specialize in shakes and you can't serve them...will not be back. read more

They took 15 minutes to bring me 2 corn dogs. And I ordered on the app at that. Small orders should be priority, even when it's busy.

The service in the loganville area is the worst. This is my 3rd time here and it just keeps getting worse. No one take yo order at the stalls and the drive thru is just as bad. I hope your horn works because these characters sure don't. read more

Yummy! Went to grab some milkshakes for the family because they are half off after 8pm! I order a chocolate Oreo for my husband and a strawberry and banana for my daughter, they came out quick and looked tasty! The best $8 I ever spent on some yummy after dinner treats! Service here is awful. They take so long to give you your order it's just ridiculous.I've now been waiting for 42 minutes for my 3 shakes to come out. If it wasn't for my kids who are really nagging me for their drinks I would of never waited this long. Bad service!!! read more

I am very concerned with the lack level of customer service. I ordered a 6 pc cheddar peppers and a couple of them were hollow on the inside. After bringing this to attention, I received a 3 pieces. My concern is that the young lady came to my car to get the ones not eaten and took them back inside the restaurant before replacing them. I have never been to any restaurant establishment that takes food back inside that has been tampered with in any manner. They usually trash it. I am a Healthcare worker and with this current pandemic that is a major mistake. If I had Covid-19 or any other disease that transmitted in that manner, the workers would have been exposed. On top of that, the worker told me that taking the food back is their b policy. I'm truly appalled. read more

Omg Jennifer is thee, not the, THEE WORSE MANAGER EVER. Those kids work really hard n shouldn't have such poor management trying to lead them. Firstly I waited 20 mins for a #1 sandwich no oni add bacon. Seems simple...wrong the first time there was no lett., Tom., pics....the second time no bacon them she JENNIFER sent a child to tell me she knows the sandwich was right she made it. So I open the sandwich, then she proceeds to give me bacon. No I am not making my sandwich, I show have asked for a refund but I waited finally after 35-40 mins I get my sandwich and they take my receipt. I will never return. This is the worst Sonics that I have ever been to. I have given them chance after chance after chance and the outcome is still the same.... Totally subpar quality. Everytime I have gone to this location and ordered an Oreo Blast they give me a vanilla blast with one oreo. The last time I ordered a combo, I tested the fries and I could not even chew them, I had to spit them out and when I took them back, the young female (black with red dreadlocks... she looks like a devil worshipper... has a strange / weird vibe) told me that it was because of the oil that they cooked them in. Then she replaced them. Once I made it home and bit into my Crispy Chicken sandwich I noticed that it was crispy to the 3rd degree. The only reason I gave them a 1 star was because I did not have the option to give them a well deserving negative star.... This place is the worst. read more

I know someone who used to work there and they had bugs all inside. They treat their employees terribly. They get no breaks and they are just straight up terrible when it comes to serving their food. I think this place should shut down today and not reopen again until they fix the problem read more

I downloaded yelp just to write this review, that how bad the service was here. While I was ordering my food I was constantly interrupted by the woman that was taking my order, Miah was her name. The people who work there REFUSE to wear their mask, and the ones who are have their mask below their nose. LITERALLY half of the staff. When I asked about it... the window person couldn't understand why I would be angry that I am being served food prepared by people NOT wearing masks. read more

Go here if you don't mind waiting. I had an intolerably long wait previously and thought it was a fluke. I did the park and order this time and it was at least 15 minutes before the order came out. There is a bar graph indicator on the order screen which took a long time until the completed status and then it was still a good 5 minutes before the order came out. The foil wrapped burgers we received were just barely warm, and not very flavorful. Suggest you try another location! read more

Place is "A-OK" when you want a 2-4pm half priced drink or a couple of corn dogs. Other than that I'd probably go elsewhere.

After giving this location ample opportunity to earn my business, I believe I now have to write them off as a place I can go to for my lunch break needs. Either they have poor or no sensors to let them know when they have customers sitting in their drive thru, or the staff inside is completely incapable of handling the basics of food service. This is not the first time, nor even the second time, that I have sat in front of the non-functioning speaker for upwards of ten minutes, apparently talking only to myself trying to get someone to take my order. I say non-functioning, but I know that it must work, because I see people in front of me receiving food. You know, a simple "We will be right with you" would go a LONG way. Instead I get to sit there looking at a picture of what I thought was going to be delicious, popcorn chicken. And now I am sitting at work, with none of the aforementioned popcorn chicken to stave off my ever increasing hunger. Thanks Sonic! I will never go to this location again! read more

this restaurant is terrible. food is pathetic....slow....kids run the place and run it poorly. always expect a tip....fail to redeem coupons and deals and argue constantly. especially if they have to "call the manager" who is never there apparently. if not for my five year old.....but I'm telling her they've closed down now. enough is enough. horrid read more
