Ordered on line & attempted to sign up for an account. Didn't work, so there is that. I ordered a build your own salad & hubby ordered the Spicy Sicilian Sub. I also got a kids potato. Arrived to pick up & they were still working on it. Employees were not necessarily rude, but certainly not friendly or appreciative of those of us choosing their restaurant over many others. As I waited, I noticed a couple of tables wrapping up their meals, and the state of the restaurant- not really the cleanest. On the surface, maybe clean enough but the bottom of the counter, salad bar & "feet level" areas need a good scrubbing!!!! I give 4 stars because the food today was definitely fresh, customers coming in a good flow, the employees seemed to get along well & my belly is full. I'm going back again soon, but I HOPE to see a cleaner restaurant. They have catering available & gluten free options! Ordered through a delivery service. The half sandwich was a JOKE! STALE BREAD. Guess they are too broke to wrap the sandwiches anymore, also. The sandwich was served in a flimsy container. The strawberry shortcake was RIDICULOUS. Nasty-tasting "pound cake" with a few thin slices of strawberries and whipped cream mixed with something that made it look gritty. This Jason's has clearly seen better days and appears to be on its way out! Highly recommend avoiding this location! read more

Slow service for delivery orders they don't have the orders ready here in the time frame they posted to come pick up the orders. And very snappy attitude when asked for the reason for the delay. They can manage bake cookies they shouldn't have them in the sold for their kitchen. It's very weird to be flustered. read more

We made the trek to Lawrenceville to visit and support our favorite Jason's Deli manager, Tammy from Midtown location, who took over as GM here. what a wonderful experience! the Deli itself is a bit different than midtown--in size and vibe. the salad bar is a bit smaller with less items, so that part was a bit of a let down, but everyone was very helpful and the food was still yummy. I ordered my regular, the Bigger Better BLT on sourdough and it did not disappoint. you gotta visit here just to experience the awesomeness of Tammy! read more

Food is usually okay. Their pasta isn't as tasty now though. Missing food is also a problem for this location if you're ordering delivery now. I don't know what changed but after ordering for years without this happening missing food has happened for multiple orders. Might have to give up on this spot. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! I've been a loyal customer of Jason's Deli for over five years, regularly ordering through DoorDash. For a long time, my experience was positive--largely thanks to their former general manager, Taylor, who genuinely understood what good customer service looks like. He went above and beyond to make sure orders were correct and complete. He even suggested I give the restaurant a quick call after placing my DoorDash order so the team could double-check special requests or edits. It was a simple system, and it worked. Unfortunately, since Taylor's departure, the quality of service has completely fallen apart. The new general manager has made it clear that they do not want phone calls regarding DoorDash or pickup orders, claiming that it "interrupts their service" with in-store guests. I understand prioritizing customers in the restaurant--but refusing to assist loyal delivery customers is unacceptable, especially when order accuracy has already been an ongoing issue. When I was told to use Jason's Deli's online ordering instead, I tried it--and immediately ran into new problems. The website is clunky, hard to navigate, and doesn't allow for clear notes about order edits. To make matters worse, I was shocked to see a $10 delivery fee attached to my order. That's outrageous, especially when DoorDash offers free delivery for DashPass members. I called to confirm, thinking maybe it was an error, but no--it's just their policy now. So, not only is the new management unwilling to take simple phone calls to ensure accuracy, but they're also charging a premium fee for a less convenient and less reliable ordering experience. That's not how you keep loyal customers. Jason's Deli used to be one of my go-to spots because of their service, not just their food. But the decline in customer care under the new management is hard to ignore--and I'm clearly not the only one noticing. Their Yelp rating hovering around 3.3 stars says it all. Bad restaurant. I went on my lunch there today and i ordered a stuffed potato it took longer that 25 minutes and it wasnt even good. The potato had lots of brown spots and wasnt fresh. Some of the employees were just talking and laughing not doing their job. The ice cream also tasted like it was made with expired milk. Wont be coming back I recommend going elsewhere. read more

Ordered here last week and the service was ok the sand which had a overpowering amount of meat on it was gross and the bread was also stale. This time when we ordered the sandwich was skimped out on meat and given tomatoes when specifically stated allergy. Also a hair i found in my soup. read more

This place is dirty. The wife and I stopped in for a quick bite on 10/22 around 2pm. We were the only people in the place. There were several employees working, but nobody was cleaning. Some tables were in need of cleaning, the drink station was incredibly filthy. My wife saw behind the counter that they were placing dirty trays on top of produce. Lastly, it was very disconcerting to me that the cashier kept putting her fingers in her mouth. Biting her nails, sucking her finger tip and then giving out drink cups. That being said, my turkey muffalatta was good, the tortilla soup was good, even though the menu didn't specify it had meat but it did. My wife said the strawberry shortcake was a 9 out of 10. Also, this was very odd....we saw a Doordash driver come in and fix a salad from the salad bar and package it for delivery. I would have assumed the Jason's deli workers would. The doordash worker didn't wash hands or anything prior to fixing the salad. So be careful about ordering delivered salad. read more

Yesterday, I was very surprised and disappointed to see a Jason's Deli so below standard. I was shopping outside of my neighborhood and decided to stop at Jason's for a salad. If you know Jason's their salad bar is superior to most ALWAYS!! Well that not the case for the 918 Duluth Hwy, Lawrenceville, Ga. 1st: Upon arrival all the cashiers we standing in a huttle talking. There were at least 6 at the counter. They restaurant only had 3 customers in the whole place having dinner. So, they were not busy. Finally after 5 to 7 minutes my order was taken. The cashier did not know how to enter my reward points for my visit. That's a training issue. 2nd: There was many tables uncleaned and food all over the floor. No one working to clean it. 3rd: I ordered a salad bar. Many items were missing and I had to request attention to the bar for replenishing. The salad bar counter top needed to be wiped down as there was dressing and toppings that had been dropped by customers. 4th: After dinner of course it's ICE CREAM time. The machine was so nasty. Unused ice cream combs were all over the counter. The water catch pan was nasty and needed to be emptied. After seeing the condition of the machine...I PASSED..NO THANK YOU. Because it was so nasty I decided to pull a comb to see what the ice cream looked like. Terrible.....very thin and so soft that the ice cream would not stay on the comb if I did want it. I'm sure anyone who decided to take a comb looked like a little child after eating that mess. It would have been all over their clothes before finishing the comb. I have eaten at many Jason's. Never have I ever seen such in Jason's. Upper Management and the Health Department needs to pay some attention to this location. I will remember this store and will not return EVER!! This location happens to be a hit or a miss. I always order the California club and was given brown avocado on 2-3 occasions. Today I decided to order a panini. It took forever to get the order, and when I got my sandwich it was awfully dry and had no flavor. I called in as it looked like it was possibly a mistake and the employee had the audacity to tell me that he did the sandwich himself and that sauce was there but that sandwich is dry so he always recommends adding extra sauce. Over the past couple of years, I have been more and more disappointed in Jason's. It was always a go to for food for the office that I could count on. I believe I have ordered for the last time - While the food is not horrible, it used to be much better - the delivery service sucks! They have not been able to get here on time since COVID - if you do not have drivers them you should stop taking delivery orders or cut them off. Don't think I'll return and here's why. I got a bowl of cheddar/broccoli soup and it definitely could and should have been hotter. It was also kind of salty which seemed weird for that type of soup. My receipt claimed that my sandwich comes with a pickle, it did not. The bread was a bit small compared to other delis. They do however pile on the meat, so that was good. It is a pretty big place. Also I live in Buford and normally go to the Main Street Deli, but it was a Sunday and they're closed that day. Was wanting deli so took the drive here. They do give chips which Main Street does not unless you order separately and extra. To sum it up, this place wasn't terrible, just not worth the drive if you don't live near by. read more

A good pastrami sandwich is hard to find. Yours used to be my favorite. I rarely get near your restaurant and the ridiculous cost for delivery keeps me from getting one often. My sandwich which cost $13 was terrible. The pastrami was very dry, the bread was hard and there was so much mustard it was all I could taste. So very disappointed! read more

When I arrived home I discovered they were not made the way I asked they had tomato slivers not slices no cheese and less than a tea spoon of guacamole. I called and spoke with the manager, he seem not to believe me however I took pictures. He I offered one combo meal the next time I came in. That was cool even though we ordered three. I went to talk to a general manager the next day because I live right by there. I explain to him that I've been in the restaurant business for the longest and am now in the capacity of a district manager. I don't do this often but the service was not good and the food was less than stellar so I only wanted to let him know that he should coach his team. Fast forward to today I just went and got my free combo the food was made correctly however they left off the brownie. I never spend my time writing yelp reviews good or bad and a brownie is not a big deal. However; when a person comes back in after a terrible experience it seems like they would double and triple check the order to make sure it's right. Not worth eating at this location. They have been understaffed for a long time (Over a year) and they never have the food prepared in time whether you're dining in or taking out. There's no reason why I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for a take out order that I already arrived later than the estimated time for. (Done in 30 mins, I arrived in a hour after work. It has a weird layout, the ice cream machine is hidden in the back. I noticed that cell reception is really bad inside. They barely put any guacamole on my sandwich which was very disappointing. It was better off as a dip than a soup. - Deli Cowboy with baked chips $10.99 - Beef brisket and barbecue sauce. This sandwich is perfect for meat lovers as it's heavy and hearty. Very filling. There's an area by the salad bar with complimentary toppings (jalapenos, nuts, sauces, mini corn muffins, mini carrot muffins, garlic bread, a variety of crackers). I was careful not to scarf down too many corn muffins but they were hard to resist. And of course the finale - FREE (F-R-E-E) ice cream! There's a soft serve machine in the back with cups and cones and your choice or chocolate/vanilla or swirl. Overall, great sandwiches, complimentary toppings, and FREEEEEE ice cream. Happy and sad. Happy because this new Jason's Deli, complete with a friggin drive thru, is a nice addition to this strip of restaurants! Sad because as soon as I relocated from the area, they built a Jason's Deli! I got their salad bar ($8), and while it's a little small, the selections are still really good and tasty! Salad Bars are all you can eat, so load on up to your heart's desire. Veggies were fresh, and although you can choose to just have salad, there's various pasta salads you can select too. Want a few carbs in your diet? There's a separate bar for cornbread muffins, cinnamon/chocolate muffins, garlic bread, and various nuts/seeds/mix for spreading on your salads. I didn't try it but they do have a self serve ice cream on the house when you're done with your lunch. It's near the back of the restaurant, so don't miss it! Very clean and spacious restaurant both with indoor and outdoor seating. Did I mention the drive thru? Parking, I have to say is pretty much at a premium at lunch. It was all I could do to find a parking spot, so keep that in mind when you're coming for lunch. I will not be purchasing food from the Lawrenceville location the place is dirty examples- behind the counter the food is always splattered on the floor the pans they are taking your food out of has other foods splashed across to the next container, the bathrooms are dirty dark stinky always, the ice cream machine area is a mess ice cream drippings slopped on the floor the machine never works properly the ice cream comes out to fast it's like liquid instead of ice cream. That place wont be getting any more $ from me to dirty there's always confusion about orders. I just have to drive a little further for good food and cleaniness. read more
