Haven't ate Sonic in a year. However tonight, I remember why. However, it's now even more concerning. They still got our order wrong. Asked for no tomato's because I'm allergic where if I ingest it I'll go to the hospital due to a closed throat. Made it very well known the receipt. Obviously they didn't read it because they still gave me 2 tomato's on my burger. My husband also added bacon to his burger which they forgot to add to his burger. This team still can't read. We still got charged for it. To make matters worse and extremely concerning, somehow in the middle of my tater tot there was a wide open staple. This was frightening to see. I always thought people just did this to scare people. But this made me think completely different tonight. Just another way to kill their customers? This store doesn't care. I called their store not angry and was very nice about asking for a manager. Hearing on the other side of the phone... she isn't here should I just take it and then another girl came on the phone. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes which I knew was a lie.... I told her I that I wasn't angry but just a very concerned customer and that my husband just went there and got us food and we found a staple in the middle of my tater tots. She told me "okay I'll let the kitchen know" and hung up on me. I didn't even get a sorry. Nor a hey, come back to the store and I'll remake your food correct this time and event minus the staple in your food. Did she even care? Because it didn't seem like it. Something that is this important shouldn't be acted like this was nothing. It makes zero sense why there was a staple in the food because Sonic uses stickers now. The bag was not punctured like a staple would do to the bag. Not sure if this was done intently or by accident. This store needs to be shut down before they either get sued and not if but WHEN they kill someone. read more

There's a reason this has a very low rating. I understand a wait during busy hours so that's not an issue but that on top of the rude service its just not worth it. I was short a sandwich & I said as nicely as possible that it was missing. She rolled her eyes & walked away. Once the girl finally brought it back out I said thank you and I got no response, just walked away. Our food was good so I am thankful for that. But I will never go back to this location. read more

We've Visit this location time to time when we want a quick snack like a sonic blast or if it's like 11am and every other place has quit serving breakfast. Overall Sonics is solid. Nothing spectacular but jt fulfills the role we need it to most of the time. They are on the slow moving side at this location. I am a big fan of there foot long chilli cheese dogs. Top that off with a Reece sonic blast and you are good to go. read more

Ordered and paid then found out they had no ice cream, traveling from Indiana to Alabama and couldn't leave without credit, finally got out of my car and walked up there for receipt and found all the staff sitting out front laughing it up!! The only thing that could improve this location is if it were shut down bulldozed and turned into something else. In absolutely no way, should it take ten minutes for an order with JUST a drink. I waited ten minutes after waiting five minutes to order. There was one car parked. And two cars behind me in the driveway. I legit order a kids meal and received the Jr Burger . I get home and my son won't eat his burger (2 years old) I look at the burger , pick it up to wrap it back up and I see the bun is molded ! I mean I already had my complaints about my milkshake being thick as a brick couldn't even drink it but a molded burger ? in a KIDS MEAL?! The family and I decided to go out for dessert. We love Sonic, but definitely are favorable of the service we've had lately. Today, was an excellent day. We got there at 7:03, took a few minutes to order (our order was four drinks) and received in less than five minutes. The waitress that brought them out was very polite and made sure we didn't need anything else. Everyone loved their slushes. The only thing and it's the second time I've seen it is this picture I'm attaching. It's 6/21, remove the sign that says 5/31. Update... Ordered a large strawberry slush paid for extra strawberries and received a large cup with a bunch of ice mixture, not mixed or anything. This Sonic is and will always be the worst one I've ever been to. This is my final straw here too, I will not return. read more

I like Sonic pretty well. They got some good specials and unique deals with their Coney dogs and tater tots and different things of that nature. However I feel like this place needs to do a little bit better. I've been other Sonic before and this one I'm not sure what it is Quality Foods is not as good as it is other Sonics. If I could give this sonic no stars I would. We ordered our food at 9 and did not get it until after 9:30. All we ordered was chicken strips, popcorn chicken, fries, and tater tots. Not only was our food Luke warm, they also forgot our sauces. This sonic is the SLOWEST one I have ever been to and they really need to get their act together. I don't know who the manager is but he or she needs to be fired immediately because they are obviously not doing a good job. The workers don't care at all and it shows. Well, started off with the lady telling us that they were out of several items. Then when we pulled around 3 cars in front of us. I noticed every time the car hop came out she turned back around to get corrected items for the order. At one point a lady got out of car to walk up to the door to instruct them on her order. The next truck ordered an ice cream sundae of sorts, because when they brought it out they had to go make it again and bring it back. When I got to the window they brought out a drink, but I ordered 2 entrees. When we finally got our order, we had all the wrong drinks. However when we got home we realized they got us again. The breakfast burrito #14 is suppose to contain jalapeños and other veggies. However it didn't not. Last time I was there the car hop came outside crying to hand us our food. This restaurant is really bad. The own employees don't know their own menu. They had to pass me to 2 other employees and still got my order wrong. The outside looked horrible with trash everywhere and the employees looked like they were straight out off the trash. The cookie blast that I didn't even order came with 5 percent cookies and the other was ice cream that looked more like milk. I do not recommend this place what so ever and if you ever think about going there just expect nothing good from them this place sucks. read more

We've eaten here 3+ and usually it's pleasant. Our last visit overshadowed the other visits. We ordered at a stall, and person who took order didn't listen well, had wrong sauce chosen for wings until I noticed it on the screen. When order was brought to us and order read out I noticed they also didn't put correct sandwich down as my order, they gave me a chicken blt instead of a blt. There's a small price difference too. Not too big a deal but I didn't want a heavy sandwich. I told her and instead of her apologizing and offering to fix their mistake she said they were closing in 5 minutes, which made me feel awkward to ask for what I really ordered. I asked politely if they can take it back and make the right sandwich. We waited over 5 minutes and she brought me another one. I didn't get a receipt for the original order. My sandwich looked smashed, bacon kinda cold so I'm thinking they took the chicken off the first sandwich and slapped on a new cheese slice and melted it under a food warmer sandwich was ok but it would have been better fresh and with better customer service. If a manager sees this I honestly would like to hear from you and/or receive some kind of compensation. This was the most terrible restaurant experience I've ever had. I ordered milk shakes for me and my boys, waited and waited. No one came. From there I caught the attention of one of the employees who then tells me that the shake machine was broke. So I asked for a refund and then they asked me to come back tomorrow to get it. What a disappointment! Hubby had a bad night and needed a root beer float. We went to Sonic on Preston by the Walmart and first, they were OUT of ICE CREAM! How does a Sonic not have ice cream??? So he decided to get a burger and iced tea...they were OUT of ICED TEA. So he got a soda, but they were also OUT of LETTUCE, PICKLES and MUSTARD!!! WTF??? This would be a GREAT location for a Sonic Drive In!!! So he gets his soda and his bare minimum burger and we are sitting there chatting about his day, and all the parking lot lights go out. I've been to better Sonic's than this Sonic. I really wanted a simple grilled cheese sandwich this evening. Their response: We don't have any of the supplies to make a grilled cheese sandwich. So, I asked for a texas toaster burger, which has the same bread used for a grilled cheese sandwich and it has cheese on there. Hmmm??? Any thoughts??? We usually go here a couple times a week because of convenience. Not any more. The majority of the order was either missing or wrong. When my daughter went back over they refused to replace what was wrong because she didn't have what was wrong with her. I don't know if their plan was to serve it to someone else or what. When she is called back over to get the persons name who served her Claudia, who said she was the General Manager, acted like she didn't want to give her the name. I have to give one star so I can write a review. The customer service at this location is horrible, or should I say lack thereof. While we were out I started noticing my blood sugar was getting low, (I am diabetic) so we decided to stop and get me something small to eat. We pulled up to the parking spot ordering spot at about 7:25pm. We looked at the menu for about 5 minutes and then pushed the red button, we literally sat there waiting for someone to take our order, until it was about 7:58pm and still no response. I noticed that the drive thru was moving so we decided to do that instead. So we pulled in to the drive thru and we when got to the speaker it was about 8:02 and someone came over the speaker to tell us sorry we are closed. I tried to tell them what had happen and that we had been waiting since 7:30pm, but I was ignored. I then proceeded to call the restaurant to make a complaint and to explain this was not how you treat customers. I asked for corporates number, and was told they don't know it, I then asked to speak to a manager and the boy on the phone said he was a manager, so I proceeded to voice my complaint, and I guess he didn't like how angry I was, so he hung up on me. You don't treat customers that way. You need to retrain your employees to listen to customer complaints and know how to handle them. But I can guarantee I will NEVER visit this location again. read more

I have really tried to support local businesses during these hard times. I had gone to Sonic at least 3 times a day getting 3 drinks each time. Never really had any problems other than the usual fast food attitudes which I just ignore. Yesterday I went and upon receiving my drinks I noticed they had NO ice, this was after asking for them to have extra ice. I nicely asked the carhop you just bring me a large cup of ice and I would split it in drinks at home. She went in only to return and say her manager told her she had to get my drinks and take them back in to put ice in them. Now, I had already taken a drink out of one but she was told to take them in still to put ice in same cups. Being a nurse I said you cannot take this back in, it's against code and especially a bad idea now. I told her to tell her manager that and gave her the cups but told her I wanted all new ones. I watched through the windows and not only did she not give me new cups she put my dirty cup I drank out of back to the drink machine. This is absolutely unacceptable, it is endangering others during this pandemic. If I were to have the virus it would have been transferred to the drink machine. Their excuse was that they have to account for cups, someone needs to step in so they either step it up or close down. The carhop girl (Bri) was sweet and agreed with me however the daytime manager was awful and should be reprimanded or fired for endangering the others. read more
