Reheated left over chicken from who knows when!? This the "Dinner box" wtf is this come on people... Crispy Tender Dinner
    Jaime L.

Food sucks... wouldn't feed it to the pigs... service and everything is pointless for this Place...

The Sonic fall off is crazy.. couldn't get the order right after 3 times of coming back to the drive-in, didn't have ANYTHING on the menu. Rude employee who doesn't speak up and gets mad when I raised my voice. And the thing that really got me was when i asked for a small order of pickle fries and then they say they only serve medium or large... they give me my fries WITH CRUMBS not even fulfilling the "medium" size order. This has happened multiple times but this was the last straw not gonna lie. NEVER COMING BACK.

    ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

Absolutely REFRESHING…read more If you find yourself tired of the usual ice cream flavors and Neapolitan shakes, come try Jeremiah's to help kickstart those tastebuds. My toddlers LOVED their iced gelato. We ordered one mini orange & another mini chocolate ice cream (kids, I tell ya). The size was perfect for our little ones. They were able to easily finish. The chocolate Italian ice, I will say, was not the best tasting. I'd encourage patrons to absolutely SAMPLE interested flavors before making a decision. I ordered the mangonada and DUDE, that was amazing. I loved that though it wasn't fruit based, the flavors were there. The tajin / chamoy were making me lick my lips and that's that. YUM. This is a LARGE space hang out spot on a hot summer day. We just came when it was 50 degree Texas weather with the wind in our face ha. The individual at the front was also very nice and let my kids sample a few before we came up with a decision.

I got the piña colada jelati, which layers Italian ice with soft serve ice cream (your choice of vanilla or chocolate). Service was friendly and the decor was nice, but the actual Italian ice was lackluster. I did really like the mural they had inside, which is custom to San Antonio. (This is a franchise.) Having come from the east coast, where there are Ralph's and Rita's, Jeremiah's places third of the three.

FIRST TIME VISIT!…read more Woohoo! Been looking for chili cheese fries and happened upon a review for this place boasting fries with a homemade chili so we HAD TO stop in tonight. THE LOCATION: on the very end of a string of businesses in a strip mall that I've never been in before, so that was cool. Lots of parking, that'll never be an issue. And right off the 410. THE MENU: Burgers, dogs, Mexi-style munchies and a variety of frozen dessert-type items like shakes, frozen fruit concoctions and Italian ice. THE STAFF: I wasn't overwhelmed with a warm welcome and smiles, at least from the guys. Lol! They should really work on that. There was a sweet gal who ran out our food orders and she was great. THE FOOD: I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe with tots and a sweet tea. The grilled chicken was juicy and cooked well and the bun was lovely, slightly sweet and toasted. Overall, the sandwich could've used more flavor, like a creamy bbq spread and cheddar instead of the "Swiss" cheese that tasted more like American cheese. But overall, 7/10. The tots were extra crispy and the guy who took my order didn't take heed to my request for ranch. I was too lazy to get up again so I settled for ketchup. The sweet tea was nicely sweet and fresh, I'll be sipping this in my dreams. The hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and an Oreo cookie shake. The burger looked good and he ate it quick, so there's that. This guy can EAT so it surprised us both when he slowed down fast after eating that burger. Lol! He kept saying how filling it was, but then he also killed a large shake before the food arrived, so there's that. He ate most of his chili cheese fries, leaving me a few bites to sample. Not bad. I order a Coco Haven frozen dessert to go and omg is this thing delightful! Vanilla ice cream and coconut Italian ice (?) with a blue snow cone-like syrup drizzled throughout. I loved the texture of what I believed to be Italian ice. Smooth and flaky, a perfect icy dessert. OVERALL: decent eatery, the hubby said we can go back (LOL!) Shockerrrrr! But I recommend the staff tries harder to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The next visit will be telling.

They have a patio outside which can be used during the hot summer months while you enjoy a refreshing dessert. They did some changes inside which allowed them to put more tables! BONUS!! They have a variety of good eats and some are depicted with pictures on the wall. I absolutely love this because it allows me to visualize what it is and I think it entices you more. I'm sure there are hundreds of mix & matches they can do but these pictures definitely gives you a head start. The service is friendly and incredibly fast. I think the price was reasonable for our 4 picks. It came out to about $14 total. I've paid more for just 2 rolled ice creams in San Antonio. So not bad in my book. Take away: -Shaved coconut sorbet: smooth, light and has pieces of coconut with every bite. This brings me back to being on a beach in bora bora sipping on a piña colada. Incredibly refreshing and vibrant. -Strawberry Italian Ice: again refreshing, light, packed with a strong strawberry flavor. My daughter ate it all and she rarely ever does. - chocolate ice cream: blue bell ('nuf said) - Pineapple Paradise: one word...AMAZING! If you love pineapple, strawberry and coconut, this is your treat! It has coconut ice cream (not sorbet) wIth bite sized strawberries and pineapple filled to the top! The ice cream was velvety with pieces of coconut throughout. I believe it came with a strawberry syrup like sauce. Either way, this was a winner in my book! I'd highly Recommend it if you love those three ingredients! This only comes in medium size and it's plenty to share with 2 people but I'm selfish and would rather keep this to myself. For a quick change from DQ or something typical, come here insteafor your treats! We support local businesses, So keep this place alive Devine!

I requested a paper receipt for that purchase (in October) and filled out the missing points form and never saw a chance to my account point balance, so towards the end of the month I reached out and sent screenshots of the app (including my account number and the transaction history) and what I was seeing on my end because although they said they credited the account - that was not showing on my end. Come to find out, they credited a second account I didn't know I had. So we went back and forward and I asked them to merge the accounts and after October they pretty much ghosted me. December rolls around and I make another purchase - same issue, with not being able to check-in, within the app. I request a paper receipt, fill out the missing points form and never hear anything back (previously they at least emailed me back when they added the rewards to the wrong account). I also saw no update to the balance. So today, we are almost out of January so I decided to try to figure this out. I emailed the local franchise email and I actually emailed the CEO (his email is openly on the Andys webpage so kudos for the transparency). Within minutes, I got a reply from Kristie from the corporate office asking to setup a call and we were ironing out this issue. While I am excited and relieved to have this figured out, it shouldn't have had to go this far to get this resolved. Kristie told me they are working on a major update to the app that should be a huge improvement to what we see today so hopefully next time I swing by this is rolled out and I can have a more frictionless experience.

This shop sells fudge, truffles, candied apples, and - what I came for - ice cream! They had a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from, a least a couple dozen. The smiling young woman working behind the ice cream counter offered to give tastes, but I had already figured out which flavors I wanted. I chose two scoops in a cup, one of Cappucino Chip and the other Turtle Cheesecake. They have several tables to sit at, some along a hallway and more in a back room. I took a seat and was in awe of the huge scoops given. The Cappuccino Chip had a mild flavor (I prefer it stronger) but a fair number of tiny chocolate chips. The Turtle Cheesecake had an excellent cheesecake flavor with swirls of caramel, praline pecans, and caramel-filled mini turtles. I'm usually not fond of nuts in my ice cream but I actually enjoyed the pralines. In my humble opinion, there were too few turtles. But I still loved it. If you're in the mood for a cold, creamy treat while visiting the Alamo, you'll find this to be the perfect place to visit.
