I sat for about 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order, when I finally saw a carhop I asked her what was going on and she simply said "it's broken." I asked should I move and she said "yeah go to another one or the drive thru I guess" and walked off. I moved to another stall and waited another 25 minutes, having pressed the button and it timing out twice, until I finally just left. On Wednesday 4/11, I attempted to order a #5 BLT at the pull up around 2000. The employee continued to ask me "what to drink?" I wanted extra bacon and to add cheese. I repeated this several times and the employee continued on and on and on asking "what to drink" but all I wanted was for her verify she heard my request. It was so awkward and rude. I waited 10 minutes while looking into the building watching employees giggle and laugh. Finally my food arrived and OF COURSE I sent it back ‍. I moved to the area a few months ago, and i have visited this Sonics at least 5 times in the past couple of months and I always order onion rings and I have never been able to get them here. I haven't been to a sonic in years but my family went to the one on county line last week and we were so impressed that I went to this one today, it being closer. They have a sign saying hiring managers.... they need them badly. I ordered two mini m&m blasts and they were basically cups FULL of m&m's and barely any ice cream. I never imagined complaining of this but I have a four year old and I'm breast feeding. My kids can't eat this many m&ms!!! I let my son take a couple of bites and then I told him I was sorry but we had to throw them away and I'd buy him ice cream from the grocery store. They refuse to accept responsibility for their wrong doing and actually had the nerve to say that they quit serving an item that is listed on their menu two years ago. I will NEVER go back to this location. I usually don't write reviews but this was so bad and 2nd bad experience with them in a week I decided to post. Horrible experience. Came in at 330 pm on Saturday the 5th. Presses the button 3 times (stall 12) and never came. Button would time out and finally had to move to another stall. Placed my order. Guy taking order repeatedly got it wrong. Finally looked okay on the screen (seemed to get an attitude after I kept correcting him) and it still came out to the car wrong. The staff were busy messing around outside trying to kill a wasp nest. It took 5 of them to do it. I guess they were too busy laughing and cutting up outside trying to kill the wasp nest to cook. Order didn't take that long because they didn't cook the food. Hamburger was literally raw with pink center (see pic) and corn dog literally had batter oozing out (see pic). Plain cheeseburger with mustard only (shows that way on their ticket) came out as smashed fully loaded burger). Tots were burned with black spots on them. They also swapped out my fries for tots without asking (I guess partially my fault as I told them fries and the guy taking order put tots and I didn't catch it, but then again, why should I have to????), and gave me Ranch dressing (which I hate) rather than asking which sauce for the chicken poppers. Worst wait EVER on food! I've been there 3 times in the last wk and the first time I went they had me sit for 15mins waiting on a Cheeseburger & a large order of Tots w Cheese AFTER I had already sit there no telling how long before they took my order and every time after that, the wait was unreal as well. I get an hour lunch break and most of my time is spent in the parking lot. The food is good but I can't waste that much time waiting on my food.............I also meant to add that the first time I went, I pulled into a spot and when they took my order... it lights up and will let you know where your food is and the light lit up about 5mins in, that my food was on its way smh it was 10mins after that when I finally got my lunch. I love sonic but I won't be going back to this sonic. I can't drive that far to eat and it take them 30mins to make my food. They've made me late a few times bc I had already paid for my food so had to wait on it. There's no reason people should have to wait this long for FAST FOOD. read more

I looked inside and the employees were just standing around. When I said something about our wait time to the lady she didn't even apologize. The absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to. I've now had three problems in as many weeks. Today was the last straw. 15 minutes after I placed my $7.91 order, I called in to ask about it. I was cut off with no explanation. I called in again and told them to refund my order and bring me the receipt. Miraculously my order appeared. I told the carhop that I wanted a refund as I had now been waiting 20 minutes. She got an attitude with me and told me I had one and then proceeded to get in a screaming match with me. I had written this Sonic off once before as not worthy, but I was in a hurry and the Cricket (across the street) was closed. This visit just confirmed my earlier evaluation, YUCK! I will not go back. The card reader at my station did not work. The tater tots were cold and the delivery person brought no ketchup or salt, nor did she ask.
