For the novelty of it all...4 stars but sadly in reality I can only give 3 stars because the product does not justify the price and it's not as advertised. We came in and ordered 3 milkshakes. I ordered an original banana split milkshake with a cheesecake. I was disappointed that they just replaced the banana in its entirety. I thought it would have had bananas in the actual shake but there was just half melted ice cream in the container and a piece of cheesecake that was so frozen I actually couldn't eat through it with my "shake". We all found our "shakes" to be just melted ice cream...no actually blended shake. I was disappointed in our first experience at The Yard. There were 3 young adults working behind the counter, and not one greeted us. They just looked at us until we were the ones to say hello and tell them what we wanted. If I'm spending $18 for a milkshake, I expect an experience and good customer service. The counters were messy, shelves were disorganized, bathroom dirty. Napkins were not stocked, tables and counters were dirty as well. This was at roughly 5:30pm.
