TLDR They are super rude, they take forever, and their food is terrible. Pulled into the drive through and had to wait for 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order. I was continuously interrupted while trying to order and when I finally ordered and got to the window I had to wait for 3 minutes just for them to open the window and say something. Sonic is very good, their food is great and they always have really great prices, they are open until12 am which makes great for midnight snacks! Whenever I go here, I get a BLT. The last 2 times I got one they barely had anything on it and bacon was burnt. Today I got another one and this is what I got. This isn't even edible and it's embarrassing. Bacon was so badly burnt, there's a couple pieces of lettuce and barely any Mayo. Just moved back into Sonic land & I have no idea what has happened to Sonics food quality, but it is not worth whatever money they are saving & we're paying! The chili tots were a discussing, bowl of mush, All the crust fell off the onion rings (They used to have the best) leaving limp onions with tiny pieces of crust clinging on for life. I don't eat here very often because of how bad it's been every time I go. And tonight was no different. Ordered a couple cheeseburgers and fires and all of the food looked like it had been sitting around for 3 or 4 hours. Fries were cold and the burgers were black and dried out from sitting around so long. I went back to ask them to make it fresh, and for warm fries, but the same cold, burnt burger patties.
