Service was good food was just generic fast food. The gross part was the soft drink fountain. Mold visible on the ice dispenser and the soft drink fountain was dirty. For the amount spent just go to another food joint. read more

We just left this restaurant and disappointed is an understatement. We got there ordered our food and sat down, after we ordered my dad forgot to order a ranch so he went and bought one and they charged him for it. Not too big of a deal just annoying they made us pay for a dipping sauce we forgot to order. Then our food came and we realized we were missing four dipping sauces (the ones we ordered with our meals not including my dads) My sister went up and politely asked for them and then the staff member didn't believe us and asked to see a receipt then proceeded to follow us to our table to see if we were lying. That was pretty uncomfortable and unprofessional then started questioning us all over dipping sauces and she just couldn't believe us that they didn't come she finally ended up giving them to us then proceeded to tell us not to tell the employee with red hair which is absolutely inappropriate. Now keep in mind this was all over dipping sauce they forgot to put in order. That was an extremely poor way to handle that and ruined our meal because we had to worry about getting dipping sauce. Especially the worker talking bad about another worker and saying not to tell her was absolutely terrible of her. The actual food was good. But I can't say the same about the service. Extremely frustrating that they made a big commotion over ranch. I hope that commotion and the 38cents they charged my dad for a ranch he forgot was worth it. Our family all can agree with me when I say this was the worst service we have ever received from a culver's we will not be returning and are extremely disappointed. Burger seemed a little over done and dry. That was $19. The staff were wearing masks and gloves and have you pull into a space and bring the food out. Interesting. We are currently making a cross country move and when we saw Culver's close to our hotel we had to order dinner ASAP. This is a place we have missed so much during our time in the west. The website was easy to navigate for ordering and this location did a great job customizing our order as we asked. The fish was absolutely delicious and so were the butter burgers. Our concrete mixers were exactly as we asked and there were no hiccups in making our order correctly. They brought the food out in a timely fashion and the customer service was also wonderful. First tried Culver's in 2008 in branson Mo. On a recent road trip up north I managed to eat at several, including this location. Burger was cooked well and flavorful. Cheese was melted (sometimes not the case in other places) Fries were hot and crispy. Frozen custard was a nice end to my meal. read more

I have never gone to Culver's up unto today April 26th, 2024. I don't typically eat out. However, today I felt like I was an annoying customer. I won't ever be returning y'all can count on that. Food was poor. I asked for two butter burgers with cheese and ketchup only. The amount of ketchup was baring. The bread was dry, burgers was good and cheese but McDonald's loads more ketchup than burger. Like I should have went to whataburger or McDonald's instead. But just no. I'm a frequent diner at the primrose location, n glenstone is not even close to the average the other stores have maintained thru the years...although I've always ordered dinners, which happen to cost more than a basket, they today....the first time ever...refused to stamp a frequent diner card, saying it doesn't apply, I have a couple of full cards at home, and my wife will order a basket when we are together, Culver's primrose has been my favorite lunch sport of late..keep in mind there's lots of restaurants between work and home, I'll just steer clear of the n glenstone location, and btw, I think their food quality is also worse, but that's not what bothered me the most. read more

Want a homey meal? Get dat pot roast and green beans. On a diet? Try the salads you weirdo. Intense "I have not eaten since yesterday" cravings? They have some of the most delicious burgers you can get through a drive-thru, though expect a small wait at the drive-thru. Want something different? Try their pork-tenderloin sammich. Culver's does make a pretty good burger, and my wife LOVES their chicken strips. I've not been in the actual restaurant, but have been through the drive through a couple of times now. They make each burger to order from fresh, not frozen, beef. So after you pull up to the window and pay, if it's busy, they will give you a number and have you pull forward to wait for them to deliver your order. I have no problem waiting for made to order food. We have never had to wait too long either. The burgers themselves are pretty good. Nice and juicy, but not stellar. The fries are fantastic. They are crinkle cut fries that are nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Since this is my review, I'm going with a 3 star A-OK place. If it were up to the Wife it would be at least 4 stars. I have had no problems with the place and would recommend you give it a try! read more
