Came through after work, Ordered A supersonic bacon cheeseburger, tots, medium order of cheese sticks, medium order of onion rings... Burger was prepared, they did a decent job of scraping the regular toppings off of the sandwich, failed to get the mayonnaise off of the burger before serving it to me.... Did receive 1 single piece of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger..., so that's good ‍mozzarella sticks.. 2 of the 6 were still frozen on the inside.. I will not ever go back to this place, and I encourage anyone and everyone to not waste their money.. Maybe after This owner tanks, we may have another chance.... This Sonic was pretty Awesome.... Nasty place. Wanted to order the smash burger and the rude drive thru employee side, "They Froze." We said excuse me.. She said they froze and will be hard to cook them. lol. It's 6PM on a Saturday and the #1 hamburger is frozen. So I ordered another sandwich and it was cold, so were the fries. They over charged us, adding a drink we didn't order. All women staff were rude and place was nasty. Took one bite and I was done. Should have known better when she said they froze.. Not to eat here. FYI, employee had a Scarface T-shirt on while working. Almost forgot, my fiancé had the chicken sandwich and he said it tasted like a struggle sandwich. Over cooked chicken. Hello, today my fiancée and I went to Sonic on North Hills here in Meridian Mississippi. Tonight's experience was completely horrible. Not only did we not get the food we asked for but experienced customer service of a whole other level. The employees were inside arguing with each other and the inside of the building was a total mess. The person at the window was very rude to us and the other employees, saying "I see you over there shaking your d*** head". One of the employees stated "give the fat a** their food." The comment was made after stating we did not receive the order or burger we had ordered. When trying to address the lady at the window about the food, she just handed us more food and "can you leave please". The employees were literally throwing extra food at us. We received two extra burgers and an onion ring that we never asked for and still did not receive the food we asked for. Also, the bacon on all our food was not even cooked all the way and was raw!!! This is by far the worst service we have ever received at any type of restaurant. My fiance and I certainly have more we can say on the issue. read more

Slowest sonic ever. If you order through the app you better go through the drive thru. Do not go to a stall because they will ignore your order. You'll have to press the red button (average response time after hitting button is usually 4-5 minutes) at least twice for them to believe you actually ordered too. They seem to get very offended that you think waiting 20 minutes for a few drinks is too long too. Very poorly ran business which is sad because sonic everywhere else is the best. read more

When ordering from the app, please make sure your employees are reading the screen. The person would not even give me my receipt. I had to prove to her that she got my order wrong. Waited forty minutes just for the same person to yell "cone" at me, and to tell me the cone machine wasn't working. Then when my order was wrong , came out with an attitude. It was completely wrong, I checked myself in the app. They even got my child's chicken tender wacky pack meal with fries mixed up with a grill Jo cheese wacky pack meal with tater tots. The lady didn't even give me a straw the whole time I sat there. Then hit me with an attitude filled "anything else ma'am" like I'm the one bothering her. No, now I'm bothered for even being patient with this location. Edit: I didn't even eat it. Took a bite out of my burger and realized they just wiped another person burger off and tried to hide it with a lot of sauce. I know it wasn't my messed up one because I made sure to pinch a huge chunk out of that burger before giving it back . Pulled up to Sonics at 7:30pm on Sunday. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker, I was told to hold. When the young lady came back on the speaker- she said "we are only selling drinks and slushes at the moment" ??? I asked when will the regular menu be available? She said let me check and came back and said we are only selling drinks and slushes since we will be closing early tonight??? I'm pretty sure the statements were lies but it doesn't matter I will never go back!!! read more

Not only was the wait extremely long I didn't get what I ordered they still didn't take off what I asked when she even asked again to clarify what I didn't want on my sandwich. It wouldn't be a big deal if I got what I paid for and I didn't have items on my sandwich I'm allergic to. Day shift people are pretty good at getting things right but the night shift for tonight was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this sonic I see why they're still hiring.... shame can't get a small order of 3 things correct. The employees like to cut you off before you are done ordering. The food is extremely bland. It has gone downhill in my opinion, however its better than the sonic on hwy 19 where they will try to steal any amount of money they can from you. They like to try n steal your change on hwy 19. read more

The staff at this Sonic are always so friendly and the food is always done quickly and usually very good! There have a been a few times with the breakfast food where it was either burnt or hardly cooked at all, and I also got a Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake that made me sick just from a couple drinks, it tasted like it was spoiled. It's a great place for Burgers and drinks especially the new ones with candy add-ins but that's it. read more

The service is horrible very rude employees here's a list of problems * very slow service * Constant mistakes on orders * The carhops try to keep your change for their tips instead of you giving them a tip * they constantly give you the wrong size Drink straws * in the process of them making your food they make your drink first regardless if it's ice cream or a slush or a normal drink and let it sit there until the food is done and remember the service is very slow * they try to close early 5 to 10 minutes most the time when that happens I go to Wendy's even right on the dot or just a few minutes after and they still serve me with kind respectful full service * there is one good thing though the food is good read more

Ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals. The woman taking the order was rude, and was making sighing noises indicating she was annoyed every time we ordered another meal after the first one. When food came out, I checked all the bags before we left to make sure we had everything we needed. On our receipt they had marinera and ranch dressing for the cheese sticks and cheddar peppers we ordered with our meals but no dipping sauce in the bag. We had to call back for some, and they tried to charge us for extra. We told them there was none in the bag and they acted like we were such an inconvenience. We go to sonic in Texas all the time and never had such poor service. Head office should be doing secret shoppers to weed out the dead weight that works there. read more

Terrible service!!!! Bought a berry & lavender shake and a blue coconut slush. I was brought a vanilla shake. Asked for what I ordered. They took the shake and 5 minutes later brought me the same shake back. So I paid $5 for a shake without whipped topping and couldn't get the correct flavor. Not to mention they don't have a clue what blue coconut is. They gave us blue raspberry. My G/F hates blue raspberry. What is going on at this location? read more
