I sat at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes after being told they'd be right with me. During that 8 minutes, not one car came in (all the speaker spots were empty) and the one car that was in front of me had received their order and left. In those 8 minutes, I also heard a full conversation between employees since they failed to turn off their headsets. It was 1045am and I wanted to order a large diet soda since it was 99c before 11. They charged me full price. I also decided to order a pretzel stick, which I waited for and then someone came out to tell me they didn't have any. The soda was also incredibly flat, filled to the brim with ice when I requested lite and the sugar free flavoring was taking over the whole drink, especially after mixing with the syrup in the flat soda. Went to sonic over the weekend. We got there around 1:40 pressed the button waited for 10 minutes no answer so I downloaded the app and placed my order at 2:00. The operator finally answer the call button around 2:09. Waited till around 2:22 I pressed the button again to find out wear my food is. Around 2:27 they answered the call and said they were short handed. Amazingly the food came out moments later. We were by then so we got our food and left. I ordered a strawberry limeade from this location yesterday afternoon and had half of it with my burger. I left it in my car overnight and came out early this morning to see that there were small buggies crawling all over the lid and going up my charger that was resting on the on it. We were there this past weekend for a baseball tournament. pulled up a 9:00 p.m. and we didn't order until 9:30. there were 4 cars behind us and 2 had already drove away. a small green car pulled around the line and in front of us. I told the person taking the order, but she could care less. we finally got to the window at 9:45 the green car still there getting there food and as there driving away they hollar out the window that I'm a F---ing B---- and That I was being rude and disrespectful and they would not pull up so we could get our order until I apology. I order using the app to make getting food faster. Unfortunately that was not the case. I've had the same issue in prior visits but thought/hoped things had changed. It took over 30 minutes for my food to be "ready". After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to hit the red button in the stall I was parked in. NO one answered the button. So I called the local number to tell them if been waiting 30 minutes at that point. The employee was extremely rude and acted like it was my fault I hadn't gotten my food. The food was warm at best, I'm sure it was in there waiting on someone to bring it to me. Also we didn't have our complete order. The food is amazing as always. I love going during happy hour (2-4pm) for the slushes. The wait depends on what time you go. My favorite drink is the cherry jolly rancher. My burger was good and the tots were crispy and perfect. No complaints so far! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This location is the worst. They never get your order right and when you ask for the correction you get an attitude. Like it's my fault you can't do your job. The manager has the worst attitude, no wonder his team can't pull it together. Today instead of going back to pick up the missing items from my order I wanted a refund for them. When the manager returned to my car with my receipt; he basically throw it back at me and walked away like it I had been an inconvenience to him. Really!!!! I will not return to this location ever. This is the worst most inconsistent Sonic i have been to. I have lived In area and have been coming here for 3 years. Countless drinks with additives charged for but not added (nerds in particular) shakes with bananas not even blended in. Countless wrong drinks that we don't find out about until we get home. Some days the drinks will be fantastic the next your ice cream slush turns into a vanilla shake because they cant figure out the right proportions. I'd like to think that maybe its the B squad working these nights but it happens constantly. Right now I hardly want to give them 1 star! Went through drive through last night and asked for an Double stuff Oreo. On the sign it shows in a cone so was assuming that is what I was getting. Pulled up to the window and had something in a large cup with a lid. The girl at the window said oh I didn't know you wanted the cone did you want to change and decided the cup was fine and paid the 2.49 + tax in cash. It was very delicious. Went back tonight to pick up one for me and a friend. I ordered just like I did last night and said I preferred the cup again. Some man walked all the way out to the order window for me to explain my order! I explained that I asked for a cone and got it in a cup so I wanted the same thing but two of them. When my order came out it was 1 cup after paying over five dollars thinking it would be for 2!! She said no when it is in a cup it is a blast and they are 4.99!!!! Would not stop making noises and telling us to essentially hurry up when there were 5 ppl in the car trying to read the menu and there was no one behind us in the drive thru. This location is really slow. My kids love sonic and this is the closest location to us. We go there some days and they may take 20 minutes to take our order. Some days they never acknowledge we are even there so we just go somewhere else. Could really use some customer service training. read more
