Not sure who the car hopper was tonight on Friday the 27th, 2025 but she had a long ponytail and she was bringing out orders by herself. I just wanted to give her a shout out and tell her she is doing amazing. I can understand how frustrating it can be to handle alot by yourself on a busy night. Ordered 20 corn dogs on Halloween because of the yearly special of them being 50cents. The car hop came out with 3mustard packs and made a nasty comment about us getting 20 corn dogs that's was uncalled for. We asked for more packs of mustard he came back out with 5 packs saying that's all his manager would allow him to give. The request was not strange or unordinary. They are rude at this location for no reason and think they'll get a tip. read more

I got tiny fries that were overcooked. I went back and told about it and told them I would like fresh fries. They charged me for both fries and they gave me overcooked tiny broken up fries again. They also use sweet pickles instead of dill pickles and they should not be doing that in my opinion. read more

I called at 10:50p.m. to make sure this location was still open and taking orders, the person who answered the phone confirmed. I live a couple minutes away, arrived at 10:52p.m. went through the drive thru, where I was informed they are only taking drink orders since they close at 11:00p.m. What a joke, the person who answered the phone should have disclosed this. I called this location (7 minutes away), asked if they had a full service menu until closing, and this location does, Kevin was nice enough to take my order over the phone, so when I pulled in at 10:59 I could pay for our meal before they closed. Sonic has the. Slowest service and Cold food. The stalls are always dirty with trash.

I wish I could have a higher review for this sonic but hopefully their management will take a clue at all these repeat negative reviews. Their orders come out fast - almost too fast. The grilled cheeses are always so greasy and the bread that it comes on is definitely thicker than their one tiny slice of cheese they give you. My tots always have a weird taste - just plain indescribable taste to them. Just overall not the cleanest location probably i'm almost scared at times to order here not knowing what all goes on in that kitchen.... read more

Had a hamburger fries and a cherry slushy every thing was wonderful I love their tots and shakes and corn dogs too

I waited 40 minutes for my order that never came. After almost 30 minutes I talked to an associate to inquire about my order she replied (without even looking back at me or checking ) that my order "will be out". Almost 15 more minutes after that With no order in sight and watching every other car within sight pull up order and receive their order I pushed button and asked for a refund the associate stated "you gotta call the 866 number" like I know what number that she is referring to?! After a minute someone came out and I got the actual number from them. Now after a 20 minute call my money will be refunded in 7-10 business days (after removing immediately after order) and my son never got his food. I waited as long as I did because I understand being busy and my son was really hoping for sonic cheese fries but 40 minutes is ridiculous. read more

Drive all the way out here and my sugar was low. Diabetic here. Push a button and sat for 15 mins and turns out they closed early. Went there at 11:15pm but online and gps says they're open til 12am so either they closed early or they need to update their hours. read more

This is quite possibly the worst sonic in okc. I waited 20 minutes for my blast only for me to have to press the button again and they asked me what I wanted. This is the closest sonic to my house, but it's also one of the most reliable locations I've ever visited! *knock on wood* I've never had an order messed up here and they regularly are super quick and friendly. It doesn't always have the newest menu items like larger locations, but they always perfectly cook what they do have and I've never been told they were out of anything. This is a great convenient location, and it doesn't have a lot of competition around it. Definitely stop by if you're in the area. read more

Went to this Sonic today. Will never go to this one ever again. Tried to order a Corn Dog, was told they were out. Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese burrito instead. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Made me late for work. The carhop got mad because I was in a hurry and took my bag of food before she handed it to me. Threw the receipt at my car and I think also threw a piece of their candy while screaming to never take the food from her. Eggs were runny. I usually don't ever complain, but I was really looking forward to my food today and it was so nasty. First, the girl taking my order said that I couldn't order chili cheese tots, only regular, which is a lie. Then, she changed her mind and went ahead with my order. It came out, the chicken was cold, the gravy was old, I didn't get any onion rings with my dinner, there was no chili on my chili cheese tots that I paid extra for, and I did not even get a straw.
