I asked what "easy ice" meant and they replied that the lemonade cannot have "easy ice". This is the only Sonic I have been to that states they won't do easy ice in the lemonade. They did give me a small lemonade (half filled with ice) so I give them a star for trying a little to fix it. Is "easy ice" and "no ice" an option like the app says? read more

Fastest service ever! We got our food within 3 minutes of completing our order. I customized my burger so it's not like the food was sitting under a heat lamp. We ate at noon. They lost one star because the popcorn chicken was mainly breading. Otherwise, a fantastic visit! read more

This has to be the slowest sonic ever, I came from a town that has a sonic and I've grown up getting sonic from multiple places around the Kansas area. I sat on hold for 15 mins before they answered my call and took longer to get my food out, the food ik not as mad about because Sonic always takes a long time to get food out but them taking my order was ridiculous. Went by this morning as asked for cream in my soda. There were several long pauses as I could tell the girl taking my order was clearly distracted and giggling. She seemed confused so I explained to her and I didn't see it in my screen so I clarified and she said "I'll make sure it's in there". Usually there's a flavoring charge.. but ok. When the carhop Abigail brought my drink out she read off my order and I asked about the cream and she said it wasn't in there so I explained what happened and she apologized and offered to either take the drink inside and remake it with cream or bring a small cup out. I said whatever works best for you. She went and remade it and came back out and apologized again. I tipped her $2. As for Adrien, the girl who took my order, you should probably take your job seriously and treat customers with respect! read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had enough time in my 20 minute wait at Sonics "fast food" drive-thru to write one. This has happened several times: the service at the window menu didn't even take my order until I sat there for 7 minutes. I recommend going to the DQ across the street even if the line looks longer because they will surely have your food ready in a more timely manner. read more

The perfect place to go if you want cold coffee and a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru. Have been multiple times and experienced the same issue. Cold food, cold coffee, the only vehicle in the drive-thru and waiting at least a legitimate 10 minutes for the food. Only reason I gave this 2-stars is because they do have figured out how to make slushes. You might as well go to Applebee's, you'll get your food faster and it'll be hot! read more

I get that people have their bad days at work, but what this employee did was unacceptable. I know that working at fast food is one of the hardest jobs mentally, emotionally, and physically. Customers can be ruthless, so my family and I always treat the employees with respect because we know how hard it is. Tonight, the stalls were almost empty, so we parked in the first stall. My sister, with her learner's permit this was her first time parking in between stalls, so we had her choose the easiest one for her to pull into. The second we pull in an employee, Joey, proceeds to yell at us "there are so many other f***ing stalls and you chose this one" we told her the driver is young and this was the easiest one for her. She proceeded to yell at us and tell us it doesn't matter we could have picked any other stall. This behavior and profanity should not be acceptable. There were no signs anywhere that said we couldn't park there. Being a new driver, how would you feel being yelled out by an employee for parking in a perfectly fine stall? She felt like she did something wrong, and she didn't. This place has fallen to pieces. Does the owner not care how their employees are acting? These employees need training in how to treat customers. We don't know what the employee has been through, and neither do they know what the customer has been through. I've seen too many posts in the past month about sonic turning to garbage, quite frankly I stand by those comments now. read more

Worst service in town! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and drove home to eat in front of the TV. When I opened it I realized they actually forgot to include the hamburger patty! So I had to drive all the way back to have them replace it and by then my onion rings were ice cold. I asked them to replace the onion rings as well since it is their fault and I want hot onion rings to go with my meal. The manger refused to replace them and told me I should have ate them in the car! If you want horrible service go to Sonic Drive In in Ottawa KS! read more
