Hit the drive though for a quick breakfast on my way to an appointment. It was 9:00 on Sunday. When I reached the menu to order... I wanted a burrito. There were 3 choices but no where on the menu does it describe what's in the burritos. So unfortunately I had to ask the lady working to tell me the difference between the 3. She said they all had the same but the Super had potatoes, tomatoes and jalapeños, so I ordered that instead. She did NOT say it had onions. And the reason I am 100% sure of this, is because I hate them and I was waiting for her to say there were onions. But since she didn't, I ordered the burrito. When I got to my appointment, I opened the bag, and already knew as the sharp, stench of raw onions hit me. I had to pick all the onions off and then my hands smelled like onions. So disappointing. Onions are such a common thing people dislike, so I don't understand why she didn't tell me when I asked what was on the burrito. The burrito was good otherwise, but they really need to spell out what is on the items on the menu board. read more

I would not recommend here unless you are really craving sonic. We stopped by here to grab a quick sonic blast... that was it. It took a good 30 minutes of waiting. I would have left except that my daughter had specifically asked for that and I didn't want to let her down. There was people in front of us and behind us in the drive thru. Some people left while we were waiting. I'm not sure what the hang up was, no apology for the wait.. the people I saw getting their order was a normal meal... it wasn't like people were ordering a lot. When you pay almost $50 on Uber Eats, only to have Sonic totally not care about the food they serve. The pictures speak for themselves, and this doesn't include the hamburger that the lettuce was almost brown, the tomato so soft it melted off the burger, and the fries that were barely cooked. Not sure why the management allows their staff to send out food like this. I had to throw the meal picture below out because I couldn't eat it. The footlong was so burned all the way around, I think they forgot to take it out of the microwave...at least that's how it looks like it was cooked. read more

I wanted to try out the new smash burgers so I went up to sonic and made an order but I was informed when I got to the window that they couldn't make change for $100 bill. But thats okay. I went to Chick-fil-A instead and they gladly accepted my money. Losing out on business because you can't make change is ridiculous. read more

When we arrived on a Sunday night, this Sonic was understaffed and the food took 10-15 minutes to arrive. There was only one person at the cash register who was also running the food from the kitchen to the floor. The chicken wrap I ordered was doused in ranch dressing so all you could taste was ranch dressing. However, this may be the way the wrap was supposed to be made. read more

This place is dirty and it's always out of something or the credit card machines don't work so they're only taking cash. But the biggest thing is always, and I mean always out of something that you want. Also, it wouldn't hurt to power wash the side of the building clean the parking lot and maybe spruce it up a little. At this very moment, I am sitting inside Sonic while I wait for Walmart to finish working on my car. Ergo, I will take the time to give this place its very first review. First and foremost, this Sonic is more like a regular fast food restaurant. There won't be any parking service like Sonic is famous for. Instead, there are two drive-through lanes and a dine in area complete with outside dining area. Food is better than usual which is often associated with new restaurants as the place is brand, spankin' new and everyone is happy to work there or at least "happy to work there." I got the chiabata breakfast sandwich combo with Powerade. Delicious. Kind of upset the cheese sticks were not their "massive size" I heard of, but I can let that slide. Overall, a solid four out of five star rating. However, I am in a very good mood given they did not complain that I was sitting in there for some time waiting for my car. this is the worst service I have ever encountered by the managers here. I ordered food, and they said they could not prepare it and said that I called them and canceled it. that is not true. they already had my order and information and all the products to make my food. OMG never have I ever been at a Sonic as messed up as this place. After placing our order we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food. When we got our food it was COLD!!!!!! Our order was sitting in the counter before the car in front of us got their order, but yet they brought the car behind us order out to their car. I ordered a milkshake and not only was it wrong but the lid was not on correctly and I got milkshake all over myself and my car and then got home to eat the food and it was all rancid and tasted weird and was cold. Not good service what so ever! I came into sonic today at about 7 pm and left very angry. I had ordered a recess sonic blast and the worker at the window hadn't put the top on correctly so when i grabbed the drink from him it had exploded all inside of my car! On my floor mats my leather seats middle console and under my seat. When it happened the worker didn't say anything just looked at me with big eyes and proceeded on handing me the rest of my order when i had told the manger jessica she didn't seem to care much either not apologetic what so ever and just offered to give me napkins like that would solve the whole problem. I tried my best with cleaning it but it stained my mats by trying to get it out and i have chocolate smudges all over my leather and by the time i got most of it my food was cold and now i gotta pay for a detail because of a worker not being capable of putting a lid on a drink properly. I understand this is a fairly new location....however every single time I come, there is a guaranteed 12 minute wait for drive through service for as little as two cars in the line. They are sooo slow, but very fully staffed. When I finally got my breakfast sandwich, there was excessive salt on the eggs (why are you salting the eggs?). Management is horrible (4 people on break at one time?). I ask a question about iced coffee, and the girl has no idea about what's in the coffee. This place has terrible service and is unsanitary! Kitchen is always fully staffed yet one order takes atleast 10 minutes to get out , workers never know what ingredients are on a burger or in a drink. They never wear gloves, and the other night when I was there i seen a girl with no gloves on open a banana and start breaking it up with her BARE HANDS after just touching the shake machine, other peoples food and wiping everything on her pants! I am truly addicted to the Sonic BLT, I love them so much that I make them at home. They always grill Texas toast and that's why it called BLT toaster, I have been getting these for years at sonic in many states as I travel, at this sonic I went through the drive thru I got the BLT toaster and it came out on dry regular toast not the thick buttered and grilled Texas toast , I parked the car and went in and told her it wasn't made right so I explained to her what I wanted and she took the sandwich because they also forgot the cheese I paid 50 cents extra for and took it to the back,a couple of min later she brought it back with cheese and said that it did not come with the Texas toast and I told her that it did I have been getting them for years like that and she said it didn't. If you look on the web site you will see how the BLT is made and she had no knowledge of how its made and still argued that I was wrong .Now as I was telling her what I wanted I could see the loaf of Texas toast in the kitchen so why didn't she just make it instead of letting a customer be unhappy, I live right off of Malabar but I will be driving to the sonic in Melbourne for my BLT Toaster from now own. read more
