I went through the drive through a few weeks ago. My son wanted corn dogs. He wanted mustard. They didn't have any mustard packets. Plus, I asked what was on the all American Hot Dog. He says it is mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, and onion. I order the all American with no onions. I get home and there is only mustard and ketchup. Terrible!! My first and last time coming here. Don't go here! Left this place without even eating after waiting for 1 hr in the stall. I ordered the simplest items on this crowded and sorry menu: 1 corn dog, tots, 1 coke, and 1 hot dog. Yup - 1 hr on top of the 30min wait just to get in the place. I tried to contact the stall person via the intercom and was unable to get in touch with someone to get the status. After failing to get someone twice I called them on their phone. Apparently, the lady said it's going to take another 30mins because they're having problems with their fryer. Really!? We went in here trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. But after going here we realized why the rating was so bad. We tried ordering a limeade slush and a Reese's blast. The person who was taking our order couldn't seem to understand Reese's? My fiancé had to at least say Reese's ten times and the person taking our order says okay an m&m blast??? And so we just went with it, seemed like he was never going to understand. So as we were waiting for our order the screen said it was being made in the kitchen and then a few minutes later it said the carhop was on their way. But then five minutes passes and no one? Then the screen no longer showed the carhop being on their way and it was back to the ordering screen. We press the button and they tell us they're on their way. At this point we were waiting for about twenty minutes for a drink and icecream lol. My fiancé goes outside to tell one of the carhoppers about our order and she had no clue and went back inside to ask about it. A few minutes passes and our order was finally here. My fiancé then tells the carhopper about the Reese's misunderstanding and she was like "but the receipt says m&m's? do you want to get a new one?" Then we are missing shakes only to be questioned as though we were trying to fool them and get free shakes when they were clearly on the receipt. My Husband and I came to get the #1 combos and some ocean water as we had not eaten from a Sonics in 8 years due to deployments. We were the first ones in line and there were 7 employees in the back talking and joking while we waited 10 min to be serviced. When we got our food, the tater tots and onion rings were super greasy and the burgers were scorched. The ocean water drinks were overly carbonated. This is not the Quality of Sonics that we remembered. This location has only been opened for a month. Needless to say, we will NEVER return. read more

Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes after the employee worki g the drive thru told me to " hold up a sec".When I got tired if waiting and a line of 5 cars was behind me I said " hello" to remind her tshe had a customer. She again responded rudely with " yeah, I need some time." I waited for several yeara to go eat here because we didnt have one in our area. With two kids and two adults in the car we were prepared to order a substantial amount of food and drinka to try. Sonic lost a good order and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how rude they were. I'm so disappointed with my visit today. Now I chose the drive through fully prepared to expect a long wait, that wasn't so much my issue. Once I ordered I had a car in front of me that was heavily smoking weed, I'm not offended by it at all even though I don't smoke what did bother me was the fact a worker on duty that was serving taking part in smoking. Yes, believe it or not I witnessed a female worker take a hit from the guy that offered her the joint, she actually stuck her head out of the drive through window and took a hit. Then I go up next to receive my order while I'm waiting for my change I see another worker in roller blades stop the very same car and buy weed! I was so flabbergasted by these two incidents. I'm not trying to be judgmental, if you chose to partake in smoking weed I have no problem with it but doing it while you're working is so inappropriate. Now for the food, it was lukewarm at best, the mozzarella sticks seemed to not be cooked all the way. Also I received my order without any condiments or napkins, pretty basic things that should come with all orders. So we waited until things calmed down from the grand opening and was the first car in the drive thru so far so good. Placed our order and then sat at the window for 15 min only to have the girl open the window after sitting there and asked what I was waiting on? All my food . Finally got our food. It was all cold and just horrible . Not fresh and the chicken sandwich was all bread and no chicken , the pretzel bun hotdog was dried up and stale. I spent $23 on terrible food and service. This location should really do a hiring reboot from top to bottom. Based on 3 visits, customer service is not really a focal point and on site managers seem oblivious to the chaos. First off, I pull up to the stall and get my kids and everyone else's orders ready, I press the red button and they tell me the stalls and the inside dining area are closed and I have to go through the drive thru...I'm like ok, so I pull up and start ordering, first order is with a milkshake..They tell me the ice cream machine is down( at 8pm on a Saturday night!!?) I'm like, I thought this was sonic not McDonald's! I still am ready to order even after these 2 strikes, then the slush I order next was supposed to have nerds in it...they tell me they don't have candy!!!! NOPE! I bounced immediately after that. Literally just went there because i was craving a sonic blast but I regret it because as soon as my order was taken I had to repeat myself about 3 times and when I got to the window I was even told they didn't have the cookie dough blast at the moment after they had already taken my order. Also when I was given my sonic blast really rudely the red haired girl just closed the window on me without handing us any straws or spoons??? I literally had to knock on the window and was ignored until another worker helped me out. I was not greeted at all, horrible customer service. If you want sauce with your order good luck getting it on the first go. I went yesterday and I waited almost half an hour for my junior deluxe cheeseburger a small fry and slushee. When it finally arrived no sauce and my stuff was cold. I never got the cheese sauce that I was charged .70 cents for. I asked for sauce again at my car stop but they couldn't hear me very well and I was basically yelling into the thing when I asked for cheese sauce ranch and signature sauce. The nice gentleman came out and I told him my issue and he was very nice and took my order back and remade it but then again when it was given no sauce.
