Terrible service! When I walked in the establishment, there were 2 Hispanic families ahead of me (I will get to the importance of this momentarily). The interaction between the other customers seemed very warm and friendly. I observed the service immediately as I've heard that the staff here can be a little rude at times, but I never want to judge a place from hearsay so I decided to experience it on my own. When it came time for me to order, the lady was very short and certainly not as friendly as she was with the previous customers. However, I didn't make a big deal of it, but it was definitely a turn off. Anyway, I ordered a milkshake and requested it to be thick. She made my drink and it was extremely watered down with about 2 inches of emptiness at the top of the cup. Now, if my paying for a product, I don't want to be cheated! I politely asked her to fill it up. She argued with me saying that she'd have to charge me more. Umm!! That's like me saying, "since it's not full, I'm not paying full price". Also, as I was entering the store, I saw someone exit with a fill cup of a shake so something is obviously inconsistent here. Anytime I order from B&R, I always get the same thing and I've never experienced a problem like this. I asked her to remake the drink and even requested that someone else makes it. My wife & I were on railroad visiting some friends and we were in the mood for some ice cream!! We decided to check out our baskin robbins and lo and behold Big Man (the gentleman who also works there with Togo as well) was there!! Once again he proved to us with utmost haste that Big Man is here to guarantee top notch service as well as helping us indulge in one of our guilty pleasures! I highly recommend Big Man for the baskin robbins side of business. Big Man is similar to a ballerina with the way he gracefully bounced from serving a togo's customer then to us with a happy and upbeat greeting. 5/5! I placed an order for a photo cake and received a call today that they cannot do it. I told them I ordered one on September 1st and they were able to do it. Now I have to wait 7-14 business days to get my money back. That's a false advertisement. They cannot give a reason why. They have their own parking so you usually always find a spot. This is your typical baskin Robbins but they have a lot of options. The price is fair for ice cream. For as often as I come here, you'd think I would review them... Probably more like 4 stars, but minus 1 star for the ALWAYS rude, slow-moving, customer-NON-service chic that works there. She (Mariela??) has been there forever and she refuses to earn her pay. Just no self-respect at all, let alone respect for others. We waited at the front of the line (no one was in line when we got threre) for literally 10 minutes!!! While she took her leisurely time moseying around behind the counter DOING NOTHING, looking around the store (avoiding my blatantly staring eyes)... I mean this girl knew we were watching her bullcrap around, and did not care one bit. She swept the floor a little, changed a trash bag, went to the bathroom, then took the trash bag outside (right in front where we could still see her), she re-did her pony tail while she was outside & checked her cell phone. She walked back in as slowly as she could, and (I lie not) with a little smile, she went into the back office. Someone else came from the back to help us. Needless to say, I was livid! All that time, the sandwich line kept moving, even people who had come in after me were trying to let me go ahead of them, but I guess the sandwich employees can't switch sides when there's an employee "working" over there. Yes, I should have left, but by this time I wanted her name bc I was so shocked & appalled at her nasty attitude and behavior!! So we came here twice, both times to get ice cream cake for an event we were having. Both experiences were totally different. The first time was great. The ice cream cake we ordered was delicious, it was decorated beautifully and the free message they wrote was correct and legible. The second time, the cake was still delicious, but I was not pleased with the selection. In addition, the young man who did the message on the cake made it look like a 4 year old wrote it. On top of that, the cake had become so melted because he took so long, the cake slid forward in the box and the "Y" in the message was detached (see picture). Slowest service ever. I'm literally writing this as I'm waiting in line. Don't come to this location if you value your time.

This place has the WORST customer service. I ordered a cake and even called ahead of time to ensure it was ready. When Gurdeep brought the cake out, it was a completely different cake. She tried to tell me it was the "right" one because the message was correct. After I showed her my online order, she said someone else (Sandra) would "fix" it, and she took the cake to the back. After almost 15 minutes, Sandra returned and told me they had made the wrong cake and it would take "about 2 hours" to make a new one. I had to ask what she was doing for the past 15 minutes -- a complete waste of my time. They were more focused on making sandwiches since this location is a weird combo of Baskin Robbins and Togo's; even the people working the Baskin Robbins side were wearing Togo's shirts. Maybe they should stick to just making sandwiches. I would NOT recommend this location - try one of the other local Baskin Robbins, like the one in Century Plaza instead. read more

1 star is for always making my order the way I like it when I WALK in. Great service too Don't use delivery with them !! Order is always wrong !!! Like they don't care because there not seeing you in person. I always always order oreo&cookies cappuccino blast I'm sure it comes with Oreos and whip cream. This is my 3rd time using delivery and I call and ask why whip cream wasn't put on with the Oreos and all I got was a sorry we'll make sure next time it has it. Unlike the other review, I was unable to finish my two scoops of ice cream because they were HUGE. I asked the person ringing me up if they had military discount, he said they didn't, but he still gave me a discount. It was a sweet gesture. The ice cream is always fresh, and the prices are cheap. There's also a Togo's inside. So if you ever want a sandwich, then happen to crave some ice cream, it's in hands reach. read more

I come here every Tuesday with my family to get ice cream, and for me, a strawberry banana smoothie. It also shares the room with a togo's, but their sandwiches can take a little bit of time. The service here is normally pretty quick and the employees are very friendly. The reason I'm rating this four out of five stars is because the last few times I went, I was standing in line for about 10 minutes (maybe a bit over exaggeration) and then a family comes up and gets their ice cream in a second. I think they already ordered it but it was still inconvenient. My smoothie tastes the same every time I get it; sweet and sugary, just how I like it. Their smoothies do take a little it if time to make, so that's pretty a annoying, but other than that the service is great. read more

I have always been a big fan of Baskin Robbins. However, today my ice cream had freezer burn. Plus I had asked for a hot fudge sundae, and usually I get asked about the nuts (for allergies) but I did not, and that is because the guy only put the hot fudge on it. I will never go back to this place! I am so disappointed in the service and cleanliness of this facility. I went in after my son's doctor appointment for some sandwiches and ice cream because of the convenience of having Togo's and Baskin Robbins all in one place. It took me almost one hour to order 3 sandwiches, 1 shake and 2 sundaes. In addition to the bad service and waiting so long to get my items, the woman who helped me never washed her hands. I observed her help customer after customer. She was the only one serving the ice cream and handling the money. When it came to my turn, I asked her why she didn't wash her hands and she responded that she did when she first started working at Baskin Robbins, but that over time she was told not to do that, so she stopped. I couldn't believe what she had just said. The service was horrible and it took her so long to serve us and put together the sundaes (no joke on how slow she was-she spent a tremendous amount of time looking for the nuts). I took my ice cream to go and by the time I got home, my sundaes were basically creamed milk. I don't live that far from this facility! Oh, and did I tell you how small the scoops were? Tiny!
