It's 8:00 PM on a Friday night, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and had a strong craving for a bionico. The options were limited at that hour so we made our way to Antojito de Jalisco Yogurt. We were greeted by the friendly staff and ordered 2 biónicos & tostilocos for my husband. When you first walk in there's a lot of seating and it's a little confusing on where to order. The menu doesn't have any prices listed so that was a little odd. My suggestion is that they post the prices and a brief description of what each item contains. The bionico is made with a variety of freshly chopped fruit and a dallop of their froyo on top. I will definitely be returning for one :) My husband was a fan of the tostilocos, he mentioned that he wished it had more cueritos. read more

Best breakfast burritos. Always really tasty. When you can get them. They are never open when they say they will be open. I called a week straight at 8 am and at 9am. No answer. Then I called mid day and they answered and said they are open by the time stated. They completely lied. read more

Idk if there has been a change of owner or they just do not care for customer service. I went in today asking for a torta de asada and a torta cubana.... And what I paid for did not even amount of food quality. My torta was PLAIN! Literally just meat, and tomatoes. Since when is that considered a torta... and the torta cubana wad such a disappointment. I will not be going there again. Place has a good variety to select from. When we came in there was only 1 customer ahead of us, we did get helped out promptly. There is a lot of parking and a lot of tables to have a seat and enjoy whatever you're eating. Downfall it's extremely hot in here. Their AC was blowing out hot air which is not ok for their customers or for their employees. There was a dead cockroach by the AÇAÍ sign under the ice cream section. This place has a ton of parking. Probably not in the best area but this place is right off the Main Street. This place has a lot of seating and a lot of items on the menu. The thing I liked the most is they have specials on a daily bases. I've been trying a lot of places to find the best raspado and so far this is the winner. The medium size was $4.50 and the ice was shaved down really good, that's very important. Also the actual vanilla flavor is real not artificial like other places. Bought a smoothie for damn near 10$ she made it within two mins and my smoothie have a lot of ice and chunks of fruit in it still. Plus the straw they have are extremely short for a large drink. This review is at least 5 years late lol. I went there last week and remembered to post. Delicious and fresh fruit juice, fruit platters, elotes (fresh corn either on or off the cob with cotija cheese, chili, limon, mayo), in-house made yogurt either frozen or not, sandwiches, etc. I really like the Bionicos which is a frozen yogurt dessert with fresh fruit, granola, honey, and their homemade sweetened condensed cream on top. It's awesome but if you're watching your sugar or your waistline, you can go with their housemade yogurt with your own fruit + toppings to cut down the calories/sugar. If you aren't a Spanish speaker, don't feel intimidated by the menu, everything is fresh and good. The employees also speak English :) Just look at the pictures and don't be afraid to try the items here. Try the escamocha if you want a fruit slush with spicy-Lucasy type flavor, very refreshing or the big pineapple with all the delicious fruit chopped inside it lol. So far, this is a bad review. Their Cubano sandwich isn't a Cubano at all! There are too many added food items that do not equate... such as a scrambled egg, avocado, hotdogs, a chunk of some kind of white flavorless cheese, and this surprise meat that isn't chewable. I don't know why they post this as a Cubano because it's everything else but. The bread falls apart after each bite. This depressed me to no end. I witnessed a worker named Natalia dumping a old cup of horchata that was left behind by a customer into MY cup of horchata and poured a bit of fresh horchata into it. When confronted, she froze up and made a new one. Disgusting and dirty behavior. Will not come back. I don't know if Natalia is the owner, but that is cheap and disgusting. The food quality of this place has really gone downhill in recent months. Not only is quality not great, they never get the orders right. I ordered rajas/cheese gorditas and literally had only 1 tiny piece of rajas. The masa must have been old as the whole thing just fell apart. Also ordered one carne asada gordita and there was more chorizo then asada and I didn't ask for chorizo at all. Too bad. Ladies are very nice. antojito's is located at the back end of the building that houses subway's. they have only 2 fllaovrs of frozen yogurt:: strawberry & vanilla. there's an huge sitdown area. they also sell mexican ice creams, smoothies, flans, and slices of cakes. pricing: s(2) m (2.50 l (3) toppings .50, only saw crushed peanuts. the vanilla and strawberry were creamy, and slightly sweet. the flavoring was just so-so. texture like soft-serve. medium was 12 ounces so it's a good deal. a better alternative may be the mex ice creams. read more

Friendly staff, all women, & clean.. Feels like a little piece of la plaza! Tortas, sopes, tostadas, raspados, papitas, everything is so yummy. My favorite is the Torta Jaliciense, fried steak in a bolillo (mexican roll) with avocado, cheese, jalapeño slices, tomato, lettuce & their spicy aioli. Soooo delicious it melts in your mouth. I liked their bionicos, a fruit salad with creamy sweet sauce. I have only tried their Torta cubana (about 4 times) and I recommend it. I usually have their fresh orange juice. The service can be slow but I guess this is a good think because the juice is fresh squeezed, and their tortas seemed very fresh. This place is great! If you are in the search of a real Mexican RASPADO, this is definitely the place to go. The ice is precisely shaved to resemble the mexican type. The type of syrups include: Coco, which I have to say is amazing and guava, it is hard to find guava syrup anywhere around here. The also have the typical flavors such as vanilla and strawberry. Ordered the supreme nachos with Steak for delivery thru grub hub. Not only were the chip stale, but they were greasy like they were cooked in day old oil. These chips were so horrible that they left a bad and unpleasant after taste in my mouth. I contacted grub hub to place a complaint, and they were more than helpful to solve this situation. Grub hub contacted the owner of the restaurant who said they will not issue me a refund or remake the order. I then called the store personally in disbelief that a place of business could be so unprofessional and not take there customer service seriously. I shortly made contact with the restaurant "owner" who took my complaint to the waist side and clearly stated to me that there is nothing they can or willing to do pertains to my order. I will not refund you any of your money nor remake your food to satisfaction. Not only was She very rude, but very unprofessional. I personally wouldn't recommend this place nor will I ever eat here again. I love this restaurant. I use to come here years ago and forgot to write a review. I always got the large vampiro. They always let me change out the orange juice for cucumber juice. If you want to keep your weight down this is the perfect place for getting your fresh fruit and veggie juicing. I have had their fresh fruit cups with lime juice and the red pepper stuff. Soooooo good!!! And the last favorite pastime of mine was the cubano!!!! Omg! Amazing, delicious, satisfying, and always cooked fresh and stacked high!
