The eggs ordered over medium were just a bit overcooked but we wanted to be sure the whites were fully done. My wife especially liked the cure on the bacon. Our server was prompt, friendly and attentive. She did a great job. It was interesting seeing how the original restaurant was converted rail cars and later expanded into what they have today.
