When it was my turn in the line to pull up in front of the order speaker, I got not even an acknowledgement despite my waiting right there for a full 15 minutes. Drive up to the stall and sat and waited and waited and waited they took my order and then we waited and waited and waited. My biggest mistake was not checking my order. We got halfway home and I realized They forgot our cheese hamburger. I called to let them know that they forgot it and asked them to please have it for me that I was on my way back. She told me that she was sorry but there were several other people ahead of me that have been waiting close to an hour and that she would help me when she was done with them. Tired of giving them "second chances" I usually get the #3 combo SuperSONIC double cheese burger. I order on the app and put for it to have no onion. It comes with onion. Other times, I use the drive thru or the box and ask for no onion. They assure me that the #3 combo does not come with onion. I get the order and there is onion on it. Maybe only 10% of the time that I have gone, has my order been correct. Tonight, I decide to try the double crave cheese burger. It was pretty dead. Maybe 5 cars in the stalls and another 5 in the drive thru. I use the app, select no onion and add bacon. Took almost 45 minutes to get the food. They forgot my girlfriend's tots. Buy the time we get those, I've had it and just want to go home. Stupid me, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I get home and there is no bacon, the burger is missing a patty, and the patty that is on it looks as though it had be ripped into several pieces and put back together held only by the cheese. The drive thru line is insane , I have waited an hour before just for the lady to tell me their system is down . Please send someone outside to let us know instead of everyone waiting in line . They then proceeded to tell us we can't order then told us that they are out of all of their food products then proceeded to say the manager refused to allow them to take the order and when I asked for the managers name the stopped speaking. I ordered a foot long hot dog eith mustard, relish, and onions. Apparently the person who made the hot dog knows nothing about making hot dogs. They just soaked the hot dog with the tons of relish they was added to my hot dog. By the time I took my first bite, the bun was soggy. They also put on so many onions I had to scrape them off with a spoon. Have they ever heard of the phrase, "Less is more"? I ordered a small fry that contained many fries that were beyond crispy. Where do I begin? First of all I already know the drive thru line is always slower than molasses, and if find yourself with no line it doesn't make a bit of difference! We parked and walked in, no greeter no hello, hell we could've dropped our pants and taken a crap on the floor and nobody would have noticed. If it wasn't for the underage kid on his break I should've, we rang the bell over and over at the recommendation of the employee on break and no response. The blonde bimbo and her sidekick just kept yelling from the back that they would be out and never came out. We walked out, stood at the order station and waited for the order which never came, then we noticed the order disappeared from the screen so we went back in regrettably. No hello no we'll be right there, so we rang the bell over and over with no response again. Finally some excuse of an employee came out with our order and we took our order and left. Ok so here is the thing. Many times I have come here, all of which are usually great experiences, but today was shocking to see. The disrespect given by everyone waiting for an order was unreal. Door dashers pressing the button every 5 minutes to check on an order they haven't gotten yet. Getting angry and throwing fits. Childish. You aren't the only ones waiting. They are short staffed. Deal with it! Can't everyone have a little patience. Be kind. Chances are they aren't having a great night either if you're angry. Tonight I had an order inwhich I had forgotten my wallet. So (I think her name was madi) told me she would put my icecream in the freezer so it would still be good when I came back for it with my payment. It was nice and thick when I came backwards for my three ice creams. Madi helped me out and had great service given the rude customers that had gotten mad earlier. I love sonic but I don't understand this location. My son loves it so I still come but man are they the slowest service place I've ever been too. I have to go inside or else I'll be waiting forever for my food. I've come 2 other times and waited and the food was cold and the shakes very melted from just sitting there. I love this Sonic Drive in. The Manager and staff always does their best to accommodate to their guests, even when they are busy and every stall is full. They go out of their way to correct any errors even when they are errors that the customers made themselves in ordering the incorrect items. They are friendly and is the best Sonic Drive In, I have ever gone to. For my own personally story, .. I was running late to a doctors appointment and had my 6 year old son who needed some popcorn chicken to eat before the appointment. They store was closed but the Manager herself went out of her way to put some popcorn chicken in the frier and bring out the popcorn chicken herself, so my son could have something to eat and I was not late to my doctors appointments. Take about excellent customer service!!! If I could give them a 10 star instead of 5 star, I would. I think this Sonic deserve it. read more

I ordered a Large Sonic blast with oreo pieces and was very disappointment with my shake. To begin with, it wasn't even filled to the top, about an inch and a half below the top with whipping lid on. I complained about didn't say anything about it but once I got to the bottom, I realized that almost the whole bottom half of my shake is pure vanilla ice cream. So i really only got my toppings on my top half even though i'm paying for the whole large cup. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back again.
