I got to sample the caramel tres leches and ended up ordering this - it was phenomenal! I love how the ice cream tastes so creamy and sweet without being overpowering, and you can really taste the cookie/cake pieces within it. It's one of my favorite sweet treats to get, and has made other ice cream a lot less enjoyable. Really appreciate the wonderful service here too! My only wish is that there was more ample seating indoors or outdoors, but it's in a busy shopping center, so it's understandable.

Heartless People at Cold Stone It was so cold and heartless in over 100 degree weather to see one of Cold Stone employees in Hemet California leave her minimum wage job selling ice cream runs out the store and approach a homeless diabetic man suffering from the heat, his dry lips were bleeding sitting on a chair belongs to cold stone not bothering anyone avoiding the blistering heat and orders him to leave because, I guess, they own the empty chair.
