Flavor-wise, everything was good, and Braum's always has great ingredients, solid deals, and one of our favorite drink selections. The only thing that continues to stand out is the drive-through experience. It tends to feel a little low-energy and not as warm as I'm used to. The interaction at the window came across a bit cold and dismissive, which unfortunately takes away from an otherwise good food experience. I completely understand that everyone has off days, but it has been noticeable on more than one visit. The food still tasted great, though it was put together a little messily, and the fries were more lukewarm than fresh. Their deals and bag of burgers keep us coming back, and with just a little more care in presentation and customer interaction, this could easily be one of our favorite quick burger stops in Denton. There were no complaints from the nibblings. My burger was actually really big and I was able to allow my nephew to finish it. We walked through the market and they have a little bit of everything. I didn't look at the prices but they have a wide variety and is truly a small grocery store with in the restaurant.
