Great food but the service is always slow!!! Just expect to be here more than 20 min waiting

Check my reviews - I ALWAYS rate a Sonic when I go to one and they ALWAYS get four stars from me NO MATTER the experience! Why?? Tater tots. Enough said. I put a lot of thought into my reviews and am always honest in rating them. It is possible that's not true with my Sonic reviews because I love Sonic too much to rate them lower than four stars. I ordered a smash burger with no onions, no pickles, and no smash burger sauce. I was very specific. It even stated it on the order ticket. I received extra onions, extra pickle, and extra smash sauce. Not happy! read more

I received my chili and cheese tots stored vertically in the bag, melted into a ball of mush at the bottom when I received it. This is why I assume the car hop was in a hurry to leave and didn't double check my order. It was at noon today. read more

Quite possibly the WORST experience I've ever had at ANY restaurant!! I got here at 8:52pm on 7-9-18, and it was busy. That usually means a good thing. The back 3 stalls had signs on the screens that they were "out of order." No cones in front of the stall, which would make complete sense. Finally got to a working stall. Pushed the button and it took someone about 4 to 5 minutes to get to us, which was fine. It was busy. But the person on the other end of that speaker was not friendly sounding at ALL. No greeting from the person, just a "what can i get you." Ordered at 8:55. The first person who came up to our stall tried to give us 4 shakes, when there weren't even 4 people in the car. I know for a fact each of the stalls has a number on the pole. Ended up getting the shakes around 9:18pm, over 20 minutes after ordering. While waiting, I overheard at least 4 people say they received the wrong order. It wasn't what I ordered, and Tyrik (got his name from the menu board because he was going to be the one delivering out order) told me to "taste test it and he will be back after delivering the other orders." It was OBVIOUSLY wrong because I ordered a CHIPS AHOY CHOCOLATE MASTER SHAKE and it was a PLAIN VANILLA SHAKE. Are you for real? He even repeated the order back. I also ordered a strawberry cheesecake master shake...I received a plain strawberry shake. This experience alone RUINED my vacation, and corporate will be receiving a copy of this message. Self explanatory. Never even received my food. Called you check on it and she insinuated that I never ordered. ‍ As if I haven't been ordering fast food since basically birth.. the carhops were walking around lost asking cars "is this what you ordered" so I'm sure something happened with the system but just admit you lost the order instead of implying I did something wrong. read more

I sat in drive thru pressing button and still no service. I didnt even get my order taken and I only wanted 2 ice cream sundaes.

My wife and stopped in again today. I am only going rate today as we have found mornings, well except this sat. Morning. We got the young lady with the corn dogs in her ears again.We asked if they were serving lunch yet and she replied" you want a red slush" . Food was good Suggestion to management , you might want to have a order taken from you over your intercom, as a prerequisite to getting the job. read more

This is the worse place to get any kind of service. My wife ordered a waffle cone with caramel and I ordered a medium strawberry classic shake. When I asked if she could get caramel on her cone he replies, "fa sho." Finished order, got total, and paid. Then we proceeded to wait 35 minutes for a shake and an ice cream cone!!!
