I wish star ratings were tenths of a point. Ordered a hotdog, fries, and shake. Hotdog came but no ketchup or mustard. Called the order czar and she told me--quite rudely--that I didn't ask for ketchup or mustard. Side note: I also didn't ask for the hotdog to be cooked ( but it was), a bun (but I got one), a straw or a fork (got both), whipped cream and a cherry (check & check). I like how I can sit and in my car and eat. I know that isn't ideal for everyone, but I like it. I also like how I can look at the menu as long as I like and I don't feel like I'm burdening anyone behind me in line. I also like that I can pay via card from my spot. Their drinks are awesome. Burgers OK. Mozz sticks are great as is the chili cheese wrap, even tho it's a little small. Kinda wish this place was closer to me. I'd go more often. read more

Customer service left a lot to be designer. I did a mobile order and was told to go sit in a stall, which was ridiculous. But she was very rude about it. Also, when I did go sit in the stall, she came out handed me the stuff without much of a word and customer service was not high priority, probably would not go to this location again. Not only is the food sub par compared to other Sonic locations. As you either sit to eat your food or wait for it to be deliver to your car, they have locked off the bathrooms and refuse to allow their customers to use them. unfortunately this is an establishment that I will never return to. many Sonic locations around the country are fantastic, this location however is not. Order a #10 meal, and I asked to substitute tots for mozzarella sticks. Serenity, the worker who took my order said the meal did not come with a side, only a drink. I told her the menu says it comes with texas toast, tots, and an onion ring. After she was rude to me while taking my order, she rung in my order wrong so i did not receive my onion ring or texas toast, even though I was charged for a meal. I showed her the menu and she changed her story and claimed that those are the options, and i only get one, after she said it doesn't come with anything. Terrible service. My hotdog was cold and tasted expired. My stomach was hurting bad. Sauces also tasted expired. There's no reason to charge for sauces either. I ended up paying around $40 for food that ended up making my stomach hurt . Thanks alot sonic . Please retrain your employees and do not charge for sauces . read more

I will not be returning here. I went to get a sonic blast and didn't have anything in it at all. Just the top had stuff on it and that's it the rest was just vanilla ice cream nothing mixed in it. Tried to call and complain and no one picked up at all. Called twice no answer. Update: have your employees give out a receipts or ask. The cashier i had never asked and couldn't get a refund (due to not get a receipt and supposedly their system refreshes every 30secs.) Did not receive my whole order was shorted an onion ring when I called back they said my name would be placed on a list for next time.went through next time and they said they had no record of it. Talked to manager she said come back she'd talk to employees. Doubt she ever did. Next time I came back she said she talked to employees and no e of them remember. Ordered ahead on the Sonic app for ASAP pickup on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived at 13:10 and tried to check in on the app but it wouldn't let me. Pressed the red button and waited a few minutes for an answer. Someone asked me for my order and I told them I had ordered via the app but it wouldn't let me check in. She told me they had the order and that I was now checked in. Waited. Waited. Waited. Pressed the red button again and was asked for my order. I told them I had been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes and they told me I had never checked in. Finally got my lukewarm food at 13:48. This is the second time I've had to wait over 30 minutes for food at this location. read more

Not happy. I got in line for the drive thru at 1:35pm. And didn't get my drink a route 44 cherry coke until 1:58pm. I asked if I could get their 2-4 happy hour discount price since I had had to wait such a long time to get my drink. They refused. Last couple time I have been here the employees have been throwing stuff in the kitchen and yelling and cussing at us to leave through the mic. This place gets 1 star because i cant give it a half star. Worst corona virus era experience of the year. My kids and i wanted something refreshing after a long walk and sonic was packed. But we figured the line was worth the wait and we were way wrong. We sat i line for 20 minutes and upon arrival at the ordering box the employees inside decided to stop working the drive thru. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone from inside to take our order. I asked many times if anyone was going to take my order. No one answered. After 10 minutes of waiting my wife called sonic to see if they were open. Yes until 10. She explained we were in the drive thru waiting to place our order. Oh. No crap. Waited to review until I could find reciept of my order so I could get the workers name correct. Last week I went through the drive thru. It was not busy and it took the worker, named Justice, 10 minutes to say she was ready for my order. When I got to the window she gave me my drink and told me my food would be a few minutes. Realized she gave me the wrong kind of pop so when she brought my food I told her. I was making sure the rest of my order was right, and with the window open she called "the lady going through drive thru" (me) a b*tch to a coworker. After she gave me the correct pop, I informed her she also forgot to give me ketchup. Again, with the window open, she said "What an ugly man" to the coworker. DISGUSTING! I really enjoy Sonic. Their food is generally fresh and hot. The people are usually very nice and kind. They seem to enjoy their jobs.
