I didn't realize orders had to be called in, so I stepped outside to do that. When it suddenly began pouring rain, I briefly went back inside--where it wasn't busy--only to be told to go back out into the storm. It didn't stop there. A dismissive, "Bye-bye, honey. Goodbye." Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. The only redeeming part of the experience was the man working the grill--he was kind and respectful.
