Went to pick up an a order with some others, McDonald's was supposed to close at 12 and by the time we got there it was about 11, when we went to tell the people at the window our order they told us they were closed and that we would get our money back in about two to three days, we never got our money back either read more

Food was great, but the temperature inside was insanely cold. A/C was set WAY too cold, and when I complained I was told "There's nothing I can do about it." While I was there, other customers went to the counter and complained, as well. read more

Placed a large order online for a visit to one of our local home health offices. When we arrived they greeted us immediately and told us the Order was almost complete. They had made a Frappuccino that was extra and asked if we wanted it. I ordered a latte also which was very good. We got our food and typically eat quickly before we take the food to the office because we start a meeting. I had what I can only describe as the best bacon egg and cheese biscuit i have ever had at a McDonald's (I am in my 40s so that's pretty impressive). My coworker had the hash browns and sausage biscuit and also agreed it was so good. The food the staff the cleanliness inside - wish i lived closer to one of this quality. read more

Breakfast items are usually on point. When in doubt, do breakfast. Fries are a 30/70. 30% great, and 70% has made me stop ordering the fries. McFlurries.....I don't know what it is with this location, but they give you 3/5 of it. Tonight was a little better than normal....but was a full inch short of the cup. Most McDonald's actually fill it up, that's the whole point of the lid, so when they mix it, it doesn't spill. They don't need the kids here, they don't fill it up enough to matter. Drinks are always on point. TLDR: drinks and breakfast are always on point. McFlurries are lacking, cones are great, everything else is a gamble. read more

Ahhhh MethDonalds... Drive thru staff friendly until I got to the 2nd window to get my order! Holly crap! Asked for extra Ketchup and was handed 1 freakin packet, asked for more than one and was told "I gave you extra"! Like this damn shedude had these things auto deducted from he-her's paycheck. Needless to say I left the window with one packet, parked, entered the store and left with two huge pockets full of packets all the while staring down the 5 o'clock shadowed chickman. Got down the road a block with my Big Mac, large fries, large DP and an apple pie and somewhere during that long distance the Mac mysteriously turned into a fish sandwich with no tarter sauce and a pile of pickles on top, someone within a block of the store magically removed my large fries from the bag, stole my damn pie and replaced my Dr. Pepper with what appeared to be an iced tea with no ice. So, after a day at work, we decided to go to town (10 miles away), run some errands and pick up big macs for supper. All I can say is "Surprise. Where's the beef?" Pretty disappointed with the quality control on this order. I'm sure the burgermesiter got a kick out of that one. read more

There ice cream machine is always broke and there mocha frappe machine is broke and been broke for 2 months

I waited in the drive through for about 20-30 minutes at 10:30 pm trying to get a Drink and when I got to the box no one said a word so I pulled up a little to see the front and everyone was GONE even though it was obvious that the people In front of me had they're ordered taken 10 minutes before I pulled up. I would give this no stars if I could, do not recommend. read more

Slowest, most disorganized, and poorly trained McD s I've been to. Food is standard, which saves this restaurant. Luckily, all McDonalds have taken the thought and innovation out of cooking, so the food is standard, but management varies widely. This one need some better management who knows how to choose and train employees (kids).. read more

Poor service they said they were open at 6 but I called again after waiting in the drive through with my wife while we were on our way to work the lady said that it's was gonna be another 45 minutes till the system was done rebooting and continues to get an attitude was not impressed at all with the service and they should let people know that the system is down then it will be longer I watched 6 different cars drive off because they kept answering and saying hi welcome to McDonald's just wait one moment and then not say another word. read more

Nightshift is really needing some work. Maybe the management should be changed. I have waited 45 minutes for 2 mcdoubles yesterday and tonight I say in the drive thru for 18 minutes. Supposed to be fast food. That said, day shift thru lunch is much quicker. But, I always put in extra gas if I'm going to go thru the drive thru. read more

This Mcdonald's location is great, their food is almost always correct. I don't really have anything negative to say other than they are always running out of pies. I am a person who loves pies, like loves. And its disappointing to me that whenever I go they don't have any made. They should make more once they run out, not wait for someone to order them before they make more pies. read more
