Bob checked his schedule and said bring in in the next morning and they would see what they could do to help me out. Next morning service tech Thomas found the [problem quickly and did the repair. Instead the dishonest owners are preying on unsuspecting drivers that happen to park at a corner lot at Lewis and State Steet in Binghamton . The lot signs are not posted properly and can not be seen especially when it gets dark. I drove 5 hours for my son's graduation and after celebrating his happy event at a local restaurant nearby I find out that my car was towed away the owners are cooks they demanded $400 to get my car back which I reluctantly had to pay, they ruined my family's day which was supposed to be a happy one. Stay away from this company and don't support their shady business.. They should be banned to do business in Binghamton.
