I am leaving a review however because at about 10:00 on a Thursday morning, I called these guys because my wife is sitting on the side of an exit ramp off the highway with a flat tire and I needed someone to either tow it, or change it for her, and I figured a nice 24-hour towing place would be able to get it done... Only instead of answering the phone it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I thought that was kind of odd. I've used 24-hour towing places before and typically there is at least an operator or someone that answers the phone, or one time I remember a voicemail box that said if nobody calls you back in 5 minutes here's another number. But anyway yeah, yelp is where I typically go to share my experiences, and luckily we found someone else that I basically threw a stack of cash at to go change her tire for her.

My car was towed Friday and I got it Monday morning. I read the reviews once I thought my car was stolen and knew what to expect thank god BUT it's worse in person and I have them on voice RECORDING INCRIMINATING THEMSELVES. They have not updated policies since their old owner DESPITE there being new laws adopted within broome county regarding towing regulations. I will attach the document which I handed directly to the manager Marissa. Despite the entire place as a whole being rude and corrupt. I feel terrible for the owner who took who over her husbands company when he passed. BUT she knows nothings about the business she's in as it is not her specialty and it is her husbands. She is a money hungry and heartless old lady who only cares about her dog (that lives there and looks abused ) and somehow is still affiliated with the police cause they lie about their policies. I can guarantee you she (the current owner) does not have her towing business license/ permit in her name. She has no idea the damage MARISSA THE NASTY MANAGER WITH NO COLLEGE EDUCATION IS DOING ( she pretends to know the law ) but when I handed her local law amend chapter 341-9 of broome county she said she has never seen that in her life and refuses to read and proceeded to pressure me into paying if I "need my car" and don't want to be charged for another day SO I PAID BY PROTEST ( which I wrote all over my receipt ) I would think a towing company would hire someone with some sort of law background or at least a high school education or the basic knowledge of knowing you are not above the law despite how pushy and rude you are. I am a 20 yr old college student who paid 700$ for a weekend and I am fortunate enough to know a lawyer. I had no access to my car on the weekend. I documented each day I was there attempting to get my car. They charged me for fees that were made up. They charged me a gate fee aka "after hours" fee meanwhile I went there the second they opened up on Monday and not after hours. They towed my car 1 mile away and charged me 185 on tow fee alone and 400$ for the storage days. 75$ dmv search fee. Legally you can only charge for storage per BUSINESS DAY, but in person they tell you they have chose to go by CALENDAR DAY. ITS NOT YOUR CHOICE. This corrupt company ran by ida, marissa, and the owner should not have the authority that they have to prey on college students and make sure to STEAL cars on a Friday so they ILLEGALLY charge for the days you cannot get your car, AND YOU CAN ONLY PAY IN CASH BUT THEY CHARGE YOU 8% TAX ON YOUR TOTAL which is also illegal. Also, be prepared for it to be 10 vs you because the tow truck drivers have nothing better to but watch like it's a reality tv show AND add snark comments as if they are being spoken to. I felt as if they all auditioned and practiced their role and they throw parties + split all the cash once they get their money. Keep in mind I was still respectful and kept my composure and acted more mature despite them being 4 times my age and such sad miserable individuals.
