Only instead of answering the phone it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I thought that was kind of odd. I've used 24-hour towing places before and typically there is at least an operator or someone that answers the phone, or one time I remember a voicemail box that said if nobody calls you back in 5 minutes here's another number.
