This Toyota dealership service department is THE WORST! My 2018 Camry's rear window kept slipping…read moreautomatically in 2024 so I had to replace the digital board for over $300 plus service fees. Window continue to slip and go down afterwards and every tie I brought it in they told me they couldn't diagnosis it because it wasn't currently down or malfunctioning. This past weekend I couldn't get the window to stay up without holding the control while driving so I brought it in today. I was told since they already repaired and replaced it they would look at it for free. Soon as I dropped it off they called and said I would need to pay $180 to look at it- even if the part is covered under warranty. I am so sick of dealerships charging and making money on their faulty work. I REFUSE to ever visit this location- LONG waits for oil changes and crappy service!
