My antenna was accidentally removed from my car and Mr. Wayne and his crew fixed it back to perfection. Also my oil sensor pressure switch went out. They were able to order the part and replace it. We had a little mishap that mistakenly happened on their end and they were able to repair that as well with fairness. Been dealing with a lot of mechanics on getting simple things done with me my car. Through this experience I learned alot of mechanics lack integrity and when they see a woman they'll say anything they need to run up the chargers. This has caused more and more problems too occur with my car. I visited A+ auto today and this is where I'll be going from now on. They took everything I had to say into consideration, listened to me asked the proper questions needed and provided all the services I needed for the price we had already discussed. I had my car towed to this establishment at 9am on 8/24 for an OIL CHANGE. My car was not currently cranking up but I knew that was because it was way past due for an oil change. I had to take a lyft up there around 10 am because they couldn't get the hood open. I got the hood open and was able to get the car to crank again. At 4pm I was told it would be 45 more minutes. At 5:36pm I was told it would be 30 more minutes. I called at 7pm and the business was closed. So today, 8/25/20, this morning I called at 10 am and was told my car didn't get done yesterday....obviously!! Then All day today goes by and I receive a call stating it would be the cost of the oil change plus the cost of them putting the car on the computer....WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. Then I was told the extra cost and time was because I didn't have an appointment. Mind you, when I called on 8/21/20 I asked could I make an appointment and then was told they don't take appointments!! The business owner was super nice but he really needs to find better employees and actually be aware of what is going on if he is going to be answering the phones because the OWNER is one of the people that answered the phone on 8/24 at 4 or 5 something pm and said they were working on my car. We went to this mechanic to fix what we were told from two other part shops that was a mis-fire, an engine coil repair. But Ken told us we had a broken gasket and charged us $700. Then 2 days later the light comes on again. We took it back and then are told that it is the catalytic converter. We again took it to Auto zone and pulled codes and it came up the same code as before we spent the $700, no catalytic converter. However when we went back to A- Plus they told us now it's a 106 code or something and to bring it back for a smoke test. Yes I'm smelling smoke all right- coming out of my ears!!! It's so wrong to take advantage of people as this mechanic does. This engine coil should be less than $100 to fix. Please be wary and don't trust this business!!! Shame on them! read more

My honest experience......Brought my car in around September of last year (23), the vehicle was not in the best of condition but still getting me from A-B but they recommended a new engine and a bunch of other things. They had my car for almost 2 months. This is my everyday car that i needed back but given they was low on man power I let it slide. Received the car end of October (23), paid them $2000+ and they stated I had a 3month warranty on the engine. The second day driving the car I had an issue outside of these guys so the car had been sitting for weeks until I fixed it myself. Once that issue was taken care of I started driving the car and the first day an Oil pressure sensor starts continuously going off in the car with a potential idle mode. This has never happened in the 10+ years I had my car and keep in mind this is only the third time I am driving the car since this engine was put in and I had not drove the car all of November & December (23) so clearly I go to the engine as the issue. I get it to these guys in January and was told I had to pay for the repairs even though I had the 3-month warranty on this engine they put in my vehicle. So they basically lied about the warranty and wanted more money out me after i had been so patient and respectful towards them. But the moral of the story is the whole entire time from September of last year I had to constantly call these guys about my car not one time did they have courtesy to give me an update I always was the one to reach out. I trusted these individuals over the phone as i couldn't be there during the day because of work to see what they were doing so I have no idea if they even looked at my car. As a business communication is #1 and this business by far had the worst communication I have ever experienced from any business in metro Atlanta and I would never recommend them fix even a toy car to why they get this lone star. I took my car there 3 times for a simple cluster problem. Instead of replacing the cluster in the dash they said I had a thermostat problem and replaced it. Then since the problem wasn't fixed I took it back and they replaced my radiator. Then they told to pick it up but they will fix it later when they have more time because they are closing for the holidays. I tried to ask why it's not fixed but they gave me more excuses. I finally called another mechanic and he fixed it in a few hours. He said it was the cluster in the dashboard. I have no issues now with the car temperature showing it's about to overheat. I expected more from this place. I even paid them asap! I guess my used car wasn't pretty enough for them. I guess my calls to them to fix my car in a timely fashion wasn't important! read more

This was my first time here... I took my car here to get a leak fixed and my AC fixed, the owner is a very nice man but the mechanic has the worst customer service! I spent $700 on repairs for the AC to go out AGAIN a week later and calling A+ for the mechanic to answer and say I just had another problem and it's going to be an extra cost. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! This whole time the owner just kept giving me different times they "should" be done and never calling me back, it took them from open to close just to figure out what was going on- your customers have lives too you know. To me, the shop seems to try and take advantage of me being a woman and selling me any problems they can. I don't appreciate it and I won't be giving them any more money. read more
