I checked in on the kiosk and was called back a few minutes after I sat down thanks to the appointment. My phlebotomist was okay. I've always been told that I have shy veins and that my hand is the easiest stick. Despite informing the phlebotomist of this, she still tried to draw from my arm which was fruitless. I ended up needing to be stuck twice which would have been avoided if she had listened to me about my own body. Kind of frustrating.

I followed the instructions and dropped off 3078 mL of urine. I know the number because they measured it - and then inexplicably cancelled the test. They didn't inform me. They didn't tell me I would need to repeat the test. They just stopped processing it. Now, I have to repeat the test because someone at Sonora Quest didn't care about doing their job properly. I will never use Sonora Quest again.

The women working the front desk and that billed me was extremely unprofessional. She was on a personal call and then blasting some Netflix true crime in the waiting room . When I go to check out she said you owe zero and then told me she needs to run it again . Then she told me I owe $256. I said don't you guys accept Cigna . She said we do but each insurance company has a rating and this location is privately owned . I was expecting to pay my co pay of $50. I should have refused to pay . She seemed like she didn't know what she was doing . Immediately after I called Cigna and they said that location is in network and that I should have only paid $50 my co pay . I then called NextCare Urgent care billing . The associate re ran my insurance and said she has no idea how that woman came up with the dollar amount $256 . She filled a billing complaint and said I will receive a phone call from a supervisor within 24-48 hours . I'm a little disappointed. I was expecting an immediate refund of the $206 that I am owed . Still waiting on a phone call. I will update my review once I receive the call . Beware of this location . Today I went to my doctor and he gave me a script for blood work. I called Summit and told them my good friend had recently used them and said he got them to drive over to his office to draw his blood during lunch for no charge. The one who answered the phone at summit name was Rick.. He was really friendly and told me he'd make sure I got hooked up. Lol He also told me that normally when you call to schedule a mobile visit you'll schedule a time and date which he said will normally be the next day. He told me that I was lucky caller number 5 which means I would receive a free mobile draw and it could actually be today if I'd like. Before I could say anything he said he was playin around and let me know everybody gets to use there mobile service for free, so tell your friends he says. He told me I was lucky tho and because I called early enough in the morning he could get somebody out the same day. I don't want to go on forever but feel like I left two other important kick ass things. 1. I don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I guess there cash pay prices are one of the lowest in the valley I didn't check but I believed him. 2. The phlembotmist named Pam who came to my house was very nice and made having my blood taken almost painless. When she was done I asked her when she thought I'd get my results back and she told me probably tomorrow. I can't believe it's that fast. I will leave another review if thats true. The test is not FDA approved but has been fast tracked under the emergency authorization use act and is believed to be reliable. Anyways the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the receptionist was not wearing a mask but the person conducting the test was wearing a mask and was very nice but i didn't get her name. The positives- they ask you to wait outside for your result so that part was very good and they provide your results quickly.

I can honestly say that I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. I only had to wait about 8 to 10 minutes, which is no big deal. They were extremely friendly when I walked in. Honestly even the other people in the waiting room were very nice to me. I told the young man that was going to do my blood draw that I sometimes have a bit of a reaction when I get my blood drawn and he was so understanding, gentle and kind. He chatted with me the entire time and made the experience so much easier. I lived in Boston for a long time and I've gotten my blood drawn at Mass General Hospital many times. I would say that LabCorp did just as good of a job as the best people that ever drew my blood at that hospital. Really excellent experience and I think they've gotten some pretty inaccurate reviews. Then at 4:25 yesterday afternoon I received another email and text stating the appointment had been moved to 9 am. I immediately called and the phone was answered by an unprofessional sounding young woman who took over 10 minutes to locate the appointment. She then informed me it was too late to change it. I told her the 9 am time would not work and why. She said she'd send a message to someone (not sure who). Subsequently I texted, called, left a voicemail message, and sent an email requesting contact. No response. Fast forward to this morning. At 7:39 I received a text stating the technician was on his way. 30 seconds later I received a text stating work was finished. I immediately called and left another voicemail asking that someone contact me about scheduling. No one has. So to recap: this company scheduled an early appointment for the next day. I called within 15 minutes but they refused to change it, even though the time scheduled was their mistake. Then they showed up unannounced almost 90 minutes earlier than that! Wow. I've given this company 2 stars only because so far they haven't screwed up the actual blood draw. But as far as scheduling is concerned they seem to care more about their own convenience than that of my Mom. They literally just show up whenever they want.
