You know how bad a report has to be to spook a buyer when it is 65k under the nearest comp. Everything was bad according to Josh. Everything. Cement, appliances EVERYTHING. LOL The house to quote another reviewer that he did the same thing too, was falling apart. Then to add insult to injury, Josh damages the house during the inspection by walking heavy and carelessly in the attic cracking the ceiling drywall. (then writes in his report, NO JOKE that it might have been caused by moisture) what a liar, hahahahaha And then he dropped a screwdriver on the tile. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. hahahahahahahaa and mentions NOTHING to the owner. Folks you can't make this stuff up. Family member was like let it go Carlos, just let it go. He just fixed the drywall ceiling and proceeded to list the house back on the market. But I am a firm believer that YELP was created to warn you about terrible businesses just like this guy. You know in the end, I really wonder if Josh gets off doing what he is doing to people. Damaging their house, blowing up their deals. Or he really don't know what he is doing or doesn't even try to be careful to not damage property. Throwing his ladder around. Yeah there was other damage he did doing that I didn't get photos of. But in the end I think he gets off on this stuff. You've been warned.

Kevin inspected each nook and cranny of the home, including roof, attic, and electrical. He took photos of each area that were included in the report delivered the same evening as he did the inspection. Very prompt and very thorough report, including a 2-page summary for our builder to take as additional punch list items. Being new to the area, he addressed questions we had about construction in a different part of the country and took the time to explain things that were both necessary and unnecessary. Since Kevin is a civil engineer, we felt very comfortable discussing technical aspects of our new home. Kevin was terrific and we highly recommend his services.
