Kelly is one of the best bodyworkers I've ever had the opportunity to meet with. She's strong, powerful, smart, and gentle. I took her structural integration series and I can now stand straighter and with stronger posture. My hips feel more solid, my shoulders can go where they're supposed to go, and overall I feel more grounded and energetic. Kelly works deeply yet gently, and she released tension from areas I've never had worked on before. Kelly is a highly skilled bodyworker that will provide you relief when you need it most. I came to her, walking like a robot from debilitating neck pain, and she was able to effectively target my ailment and provide me relief. However, I was most impressed that she was able to see me so promptly. I have a regular body worker in the city that was booked solid for weeks...but Kelly, despite her busy schedule, was able to fit me in that very same evening!! My only critique, and what led to a 4 star rating as opposed to 5, was the occasional pain I felt during some of the bodywork. I am a man with relatively hairy arms and legs...and some of the work requires deep rubbing of the extremities. I know that slick lotions and lubricants are not conducive to effective body work, but a little bit would have been nice on those more sensitive areas. Other than that, Kelly is GREAT!! I did the 10-series Rolfing with Kelly and had my last appointment 6 months ago, in August of 2017. I was waiting to write my review so I could evaluate the effects of Rolfing long-term. I had aches and pains over most of my body due to an accumulation of injuries over the years. I had tried a little Rolfing on my right leg several years before and had found it helpful, so I finally decided to go for the 10-series. I didn't want to go back to my original Rolfer, because she was always 10-15 minutes late starting my appointment, then would end it 10 minutes early. Kelly isn't like that. She starts her appointments on time, and gives you the full session. In case you've never tried Rolfing, it is pretty intense. Your muscle fascia, the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles, is being broken apart. It isn't a relaxing massage, it is a deep therapy. But it works. It works like nothing else works. Kelly told me Rolfing would be transformative. As in, you will not be the same person after Rolfing as you were before Rolfing. This was scary to hear as well as thrilling. Because my old body wasn't working for me any more and I wanted a new body that worked. Kelly delivered. I was depressed and hopeless, resigned to a life of pain and disfunction when I first came to see Kelly. Before Rolfing I was unable to exercise any longer. I had become sedentary with pain. Now I ride my bike 7 miles every day with a 895 foot elevation gain. I have a positive outlook and so much more energy than I used to. I want to go out and DO THINGS all the time now. And Kelly is a really nice person to boot, which is a good thing, because I hear her voice in my head every day, several times day, reminding me of everything she taught me. After getting the Rolfing done, I walk differently, I stand differently, I use my body differently. My whole body is integrated now and moves like a well-oiled machine. I can't say enough good things about Kelly, I could go on and on, so I'll stop now. Just one last thing. If you end up doing the 10-series, good luck with session 7, it's a doozie, hah! read more

Went to Kelly for a 10 sessions rolfting series. Kelly is very professional and helpful at alleviating pain and making you conscious of your posture and weight distribution.
