They scheduled for this morning and not only were they on time but they also called to let us know they were on the way (which we really appreciate!) So many other companies would have tried to charge us to basically do nothing because in the end everything was fine (a broken roller that we can replace ourselves) In the end there was no charge! I came in to get the checkbook when my husband came in and said don't bother, he's gone already! We call Mark out and he gets them fixed. $1100 spent in total. But just days later, our garage door clanks and grinds went closing. Once the panel was installed, the door began making very loud popping noises that were not present before. The technician returned to address the issue, but instead of properly correcting it, screws were removed from other panels as a temporary fix. The problem has since become worse, with the door now popping aggressively several times during operation. It appears the door may have sustained additional damage due to the installation, and I am now facing the possibility of a full door replacement.
