He migrated our springs to a more durable and overall inexpensive type. He did such an excellent job, we had them come back and install a new motor for our opener a couple years later when that broke down. Apex is a great company!! I had them come out after getting an outrageous quote from a competitor. Apex gave me a quote that was only a fraction of what a competitor quoted. We had an accident with our garage door that bent the bottom corner of the door and one of the rollers came loose from the track. Todd came out this morning to inspect the damage and was able to get the door back on the track and allow us to open and close the garage door in a normal manner. He said we probably need to replace the bottom panel of the door and made calls to see if that was possible with our existing door. Todd did a great job of responding to our problem, was able to do a temporary fix (at no charge), and focused on providing on a solution that would both meet our HOA requirements and minimize expenses.
