On my daughters reccomendation I tried The Lock Guy on one of my visits. Even he will admit it was not easy, but between him and his partner they looked through his inventory of thousands of blanks and found one that was close. This was not a mere business tranaction, he took the search for a duplicate blank personally. After about 25 minutes he found one that was close and cut it. In addition he gave it to me on the "honor system" trusting me to pay him if it worked and not pay him if it did not. I returned to Pittsburgh and tried it a few days later. While not a perfect fit, it worked! This kind of customer service is almost unheard of in this day and age. I called around to some other locksmiths who quoted me fairly reasonable prices however, one locksmith recommended Ottinger and sons and said to ask for Jason. I called Jason and got an initial quote, which was very reasonable and called him back the following week to schedule an appointment. as I was talking with him, I realized he was at dinner with friends, but he was still taking time to make sure he got me on his schedule. I was more than willing to call back, but he insisted on making sure we got the appointment on his calendar. Jason called me the morning of our appointment to confirm and called me again that afternoon to tell me he was at one job, wrapping up across town and would be to my location quickly. He called as he was pulling up to tell me that he was there. I don't know how often locksmiths are that good at communication, but Jason was outstanding. Jason made small talk and got to know me as he was cutting the new key for my 2014 Chevy Malibu. The key needed a transponder and also required specialized equipment which Jason had in his truck. I don't even think he was at my house more than 15 minutes, but he felt like a lifelong friend by the time we were done. you can tell Jason is a motivated businessman. I highly recommend Ottinger and sons for mobile locksmith needs. Don't make assumptions about cost for a locksmith who comes to you. Call Jason and you won't be sorry.

We've only had the roof for a week, but I waited until we had heavy rain to write this review. The roof held up well with no leaks or issues. It looks beautiful. We had to keep two box vents (instead of ridge vents) on one section of the house, and the box vents they installed match the color of the shingles, which was a nice touch. We got four estimates, and Price Rite was one of three that were in the same ballpark. We chose them in part because they offered the best warranty. They were transparent about potential additional costs when they did the tear-off and inspected for damaged wood. Once they started working, they told us how many panels needed to be replaced and the total cost before doing the work. They showed us pictures and invited us to climb up and see the damaged areas for ourselves. Ron was polite, respectful, and professional, and he was always quick to respond to a phone call or text. The installation crew was friendly and professional. They arrived on time and, although the job took longer than the one day that was planned, they returned the next morning and finished quickly. They covered our shrubbery with tarps and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We had no issues at all. Overall, we are pleased with Price Rite's work and would recommend them.
