So, you can sell your used items here, or buy used designer purchases cheaply. They have fantastic Coach pocketbooks at half the going rate. I got to choose a pair of free earrings for making my purchases. What a nice concept! These ladies are so sweet. They deserve to be checked out; they will interact with you are are so personable. This modern day version adds on a prescription dept. and a post office. The only thing it's missing is the old photo booth you would find in a five & dime store. Can you tell I love it here? Everything you need to shop for is in one place. Greeting cards, purses, medical aids, cosmetics, pet items, household supplies & even a few food items. They even sell scratch off lottery tickets. There's a number of decorative & collectible departments such as Native American, Coca Cola, John Deere & Wizard of Oz collectibles. Some I'm thinking might be for tourists. The lunch counter is actually part of "The Restaurant" built inside which also has booths to dine in.

I choose a couple of manatee and turtle metal pieces. The sales person was super nice . He told me he normally does the marketing for the shop but was there that day to help the owner. He went out of his way to wrap my gift well for shipping. He also went out of his way to help my find an underwater mermaid show that I wanted to go to. They had some custom made cups and a few things that had sone vulgar writing on it.. those things were not my style , but each to their own... I found several treasures..will be back in Crystal River again in December so I will get a Christmas ornaments and candles then.
