Despite the fact that that they were booked up for almost 3 weeks, which was way after we leave, John told us to bring the car back the next day and said they would fit it in. I was having a problem with my starter and Frank did the research for me and found out the issue is known to happen in my model of car and told me it was a free job via Nissan and covered under warranty!!!
