Obviously someone damaged a piece of their equipment and blame it on us, then charge us, likely done by them! pictures they send have no date or time stamps, and one of a different piece of equipment We never saw or used. why is that? That piece of equipment wasn't around anything high enough to create the damage they or someone else DID! The battery box WAS on us and I told them so when picked up! Why didn't they do a walk around and bring it to ANYONES attention???? Pictures that contradict one that THEY sent us, and other without explanation...

So ... I live over 170 mi from this business. I've been…read moreconsidering the purchase of a Kubota Tractor for my 1 acre mountain home for several years. I've used another brand for some time. I wanted a Kubota. The "local" Kubota dealer (40 mi away) was my 1st stop. I gave them my parameters and my budget. Over 2 months they gave me quotes that were too high and not close to what I wanted. They weren't truthful with me and tried to only sell me what THEY had in their stock. I was driving north on Inst 5 with my wife, discussing my frustration when she said, "... well, are they the only Kubota dealer?" On a whim, she Googled Kubota dealers near me. Up popped Nor Cal Tractor Sales ... (these guys are all part of the same company) ... in Redding CA and they were 10 mi ahead and right off the highway. We walked in, dressed for "Lake Time" and their sales rep (Kris B) was immediately accommodating. I told him my saga and what I had been looking for. Model numbers etc. That's where I learned I'd been misdirected. Kris pointed out the models I was asking about were older and no longer available. They didn't even have them in their rental fleet any longer. Then he showed me the new model ... the one the other guy told was so new they couldn't even get one for 6 mos. ... he had 4 of them. I had given him my budget already, remember? He came in $4k under!!! Then ... cherry on top ... he delivered it for $200!!!

I can buy and tow a gooseneck trailer without this A license. They're open a 1/2 day on Sat and closed Sunday, not a smart move if you're in the rental business. Ironbull is overkill for most towing, their trailers are nearly double the weight of most adding unnecessary wear and tear to your vehicle. they're also undersized (width/length) without a winch.

Mark Blackmore blew us out of the forest from the very beginning (especially me, a through-and-through city girl!). We initially came in just to look at what tractors were available. What happened next had Mike and I biting the bullet and buying a new tractor. Mark went step-by-step (as if we had bought the tractor) on all of the features the tractor had and explained how to operate it; how these features would fit our needs on our 1 1/2 acre property. He gave us the pros and cons of the different accessories available; but, he also told us that once we bought the tractor, use it for a year before we decide to buy any accessories. Mark also told us not to buy the bigger-sized tractor because we didn't need it. There's no BS with him. Not once did we feel pressured to buy whether it was used or new. He's not really a salesman, but more of a teacher, a very knowledgeable one at that, and that's the best kind of salesman you could hope for! And this is absolutely why you need to do business with Mark!! After all was said and done, Mike and I left with so much information and no pressure from Mark to buy that day. We came back a month later and bought a brand-new Yanmar tractor. Thank you Mark for teaching us the ways of the tractor!! p.s. Mark went one step further! We called Mark in December to tell him that we were having a hard time finding tire chains for our tractor. He tracked down the only set of chains available for our tire size and had them hold it for us and it was located right there in Redding.
