At this point I'm getting upset because I've been holding for about 30 mins now and all I need to do is make an appointment ( I guess no one else knows how to). Well I left a message and no one returned it, I called again and then they couldn't find the insurance authorization so guess what! I was put on hold again. Even after saying I had the authorization in my hand and can give them the info, the person on the phone proceeded with putting me on hold to look for their copy. Oh my goodness what a mess. The office was very nice and the woman at the desk told me the Dr would be out soon to see me. In walks an older gentleman named Mark. He took me to a room and immediately started completely disassembling my hearing aid. He took it to another room for a few minutes and had it all fixed. I am so thankful! The…read moreright hearing aid died after 3 weeks. l made an appointment for replacement a whole month after they died and another 2 weeks for a replacement. This hearing aid died 2 more times and now they say the warranty has expired even though it was broken more often than not. They ran out the clock. Now they said we don't make them, she tried to blame the insurance for not allowing a more expensive model. She said l should write a letter to the insurance company. In the mean time l bought a new pair on Amazon for $100, they don't come with Bluetooth or a phone AP but they work.

After months of feeling disoriented with no solution, I decided to bite the bullet and contact the…read moredizzy and vertigo institute, and I am so happy that i did. To start, in March of 2025 I experience my 1st vertigo episode after waking up to a spinning room. I wasn't sure why it happened but after going to a PT she reported I have BPPV, used the epley maneuver and sent me on my marry way. The only issue is that every month, like clock work I kept having vertigo symptoms, waking up in the middle of the night to the room spinning. I have gone to several ENTs with the same stupid response "take medication, you just have vertigo." As someone who likes to believe they're more holistic, I did not accept that as an answer. I just felt like something must be off. While it was an investment I am so happy I found DVI and Dr. Pearce. She is a literal angel and exactly what I needed at the time!! Finally, a doctor that was able to look at the whole picture and not gaslight me to believe that I am just 32 years old with a bad case of BPPV, crystals flying out of my ear every 3 weeks. She tailored a treatment plan just for me, and supported me though further investigation, including blood work, and looking at the neurology of my brain. I learned that my history of migraines and hormonal imbalance may have continued to vestibular migraines. While it was an overwhelming process with ovarian cysts and learning I have endometriosis in the background of it all, I can say that I was able to find peace in this health journey. The spinning has stopped happening in the middle of the night, I do not feel like I'm on a boat the majority of my life, I am not triggered by a spinning washing machine, or a car passing by, and I sure as heck feel like myself again. If you have the ability to see this treatment through, I highly suggest giving Dr Pearce a shot. Getting the whole picture rather than being gaslight and thrown medication at, was worth every penny!

Every time we go and there are others there and they rave about Thomas, his sons and the great service that they provide. I think Hearing Aids aren't a popular thing to review. However, after getting about 3 years more out of my hearing aids beyond the time Hear USA said I should purchase new ones( thank you Thomas).
