This is the first time I have written a review. This hearing office deserves It. After struggling with my current hearing aids, which were purchased 2 years ago in a foreign country, after trying to contact the supplier in the foreign country who very expertly ignored me, after seeking help locally at a large hearing center in Valencia where I eventually was told there was nothing they could do to help me further, I was frustrated. I didn't have the $5000.00 they wanted for new hearing aids. I was resolved to the fact I would never hear and understand TV again, never clearly understand conversations with my family and that I would have painful noise in a crowded restaurant. Until one day I saw a sign that said FREE CONSULTATIONS - at a local SONUS office. I had never heard of this company but decided it couldn't hurt to see what they had to say....I am a firm believer of second opinions. It was a glorious day, I was able to be seen the same day as I called. I met Evelyn and she will forever be my angel. We had a conversation and I described all the problems I had, all the things I was told and that we're done ineffectually. She immediately called the manufacturer of my current hearing aids and put my problem out there, inquired if the idea she had would work on these aides and if they could provide the parts. They could. If I hadn't heard this with my own ears (no pun intended) I would not have believed it. Previously I was told by the 'large hearing center' that the manufacturer told them there was nothing they could do. Evelyn researched, adjusted, tested and I was able to walk out of her office a changed woman. I could hear. So much better than when I walked in. No need for a hearing test since my last one was within the past year. I will go back for the test from this office when it is due. I will tell everyone I meet who has a hearing problem and even those that don't, about the wonderful service of this Santa Clarita office of SONUS, managed by Evelyn. read more

Ok so I visited this Sonus in Santa Clarita as their Mission Hills branch had a two week wait on appointments. I called on Monday and was advised that they could see me on Wednesday (two days out). I went to the appointment and was greeted by the Hearing Aid Specialist / Manager Evelyn and to say she was warm and friendly is an understatement. Evelyn was professional on every level and extremely knowledgable about the products offered. I needed hearing aids for a new job and she has been nothing but helpful through the entire process and had my hearing aids ordered and in the store within two days and ready for a hearing test with the new pair with their on site Audiologist. I have to say I have purchased Hearing Aids at Costco and the service I received their was nothing in comparison to the level of service I received at Sonus in Santa Clarita. Costco would not even help me or assist in testing with the new hearing aids. They don't do that I was told. The Costco specialist wouldnt even look at the paperwork as per the required hearing necessary for my new job to see if he could help me. He just stated sorry I can't help you and kept his hands by his side. I was shocked!. On a side note today: I just had an issue come up with one of my hearing devices and instead of having to go without for three days while the manufacturer fixes the issue, Evelyn immediately gave me a loaner pair of more expensive aids to hepl me so I wouldn't get into trouble with my new job and the manufacturer is sending me a new device!. Thank you Evelyn and your entire staff for being so helpful and kind through this difficult process of getting older. read more

I went to Sonus Hearing Care in Santa Clarita last week to have a hearing test done because lately I have been having trouble with hearing. So I went to have it checked and I was so nervous and scared at the same time but as soon as I got their everything changed. The staff was so nice! They made me feel safe and assured me that everything was going to be fine. I am claustrophobic and get creeped out easily but Andrea the audiologist their made sure I was comfortable during my test and she was able to test me. I was so amazed because I didn't think I would be able to sit in a tight room for 45 minutes but I did it!! Once they were all done with my test I came out and Evelyn was nice enough to offer me cold water while she reviewed the test results with me. She really explained everything in a detailed manner she even showed me how my inner ear looks and told me that even though I don't have much of a hearing loss yet I need to continue to come annually to monitor my hearing loss for free! Thanks to them I feel so relieved and can't wait to go back next year! read more

I have been to Dr's that I have had to wait in a waiting room for up to two hours! Not at this facility, 5 minutes max I have waited! Evelyn Yoc, the clinic manager, is probably the sweetest person I've ever met! She takes the time to talk with you and make sure that everything is perfect before you leave her office. I'm new with the whole hearing aid process and boy oh boy, what a difference! I can hear! I new my hearing was bad, but never in my dreams did I think it was that bad. My new hearing aids, who I have named Millie and Tillie by the way, because their my new best friends, are just that.....my new best friends! The staff at this facility is so sweet. They make you feel very comfortable while you're in there for your visit. Seriously, if you need to get your hearing checked for what ever reason, this is the place to go! I went to this office to get hearing aids in December of 1915. I have been with them ever since I am very pleased with the help and treatment I have been receiving from the office manager Evelyn.She is very professional .She dealt with all my issues patiently until they were all resolved .I would like to add that my situation may have been more complicated because the Chemotherapy medication affected my hearing at the beginning.But everything was resolved to my satisfaction.I can not forget Vanessa the receptionist .She always accommodated me when I had to reschedule. I took my grandma to this company, hands down the most professional, compassionate facility in Santa Clarita. not only was the provider Eddie very helpful, he made my nana feel so comfortable with the technology she wasn't sure about all the way down to the fitting from the hearing screening. This is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring place. My mom is always taken care of and you don't ever feel rushed in any way. They take the time to treat you personally, and makes sure that the hearing aids are "fine tuned" in every and any way possible before you leave the appointment. We don't hesitate to call them in between our appointments, and they are accommodating to our needs and tries their best to reschedule our appointments if needed. I took my elderly father to this office and found that the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They tested his hearing and went over the test results with us, which was very informative. It turned out that he also needed hearing aids and they squeezed him in and were able to see him the same day. I have been to Sonus a couple of times now and both I and my dad are very happy with the service we have gotten each time. I would recommend this office to my friends and family for sure. read more

My mother has been coming to this location for many years now. Evelyn is great and very compassionate to her patients. She is very effective with people because she has an over the top patience. We always feel the sincerity of her kind words of advise whenever we need to clarify or verify something. With regards to her technical abilities, she is very knowledgeable. My parents have been going here for years for their hearing issues and hearing aids. Evelyn and Vanessa are very warm, friendly people. They take their time with each person. My father recently passed away and Evelyn even came to his funeral. Every time my mom has an issue with her hearing aids they always work us in and help us. The whole staff was friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room before being seen, and I didn't feel rushed when I had my examination. The audiologist (Sally) took the time to answer all of my questions, and even wrote down information that I could share with my Primary Care Physician.
