Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

I've been getting lashes for apx 6 years now and I'm more used to having one dedicated lash girl...but this place takes training and technique so seriously that I just book online with whoever is first available because they're ALL THAT GOOD! Julie was the first gal that ever did my lashes here - she was transitioning me from having seen another lash artist for a while a did a FLAWLESS job giving me a really full, dramatic classic set. I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. First, the male doctor who excised my cyst from my left jawline permanently BOTCHED my face, I also paid like $1,000 for that. So thank you Goodman, for charging me to butcher my face. I have had an issue now for a year, where cysts pop up all over my body and Amy couldn't figure it out, the PA Macy wouldn't refill my script after swabbing it, and sending in Amoxocillin since it was indeed bacterial, and today the infection has spread all over. I have moved between states, and she could've easily refilled it and I wouldn't be covered in cysts right now. The phone systems have gotten worse, and worse, and worse. I used to be able to get an appointment same day, someone on the phone within 2-3 rings RINGS (NOT BUTTON PRESSES AND HOLD TIMES). They really need to just ditch that stupid phone system, it's trash and keeps the customer from ever getting any help or anybody on the line. THANK YOU GOODMAN. Dr Louie at the East Cobb Location, is the only dermatologist that has value at these practices. And has been surgically accurate and not caused any scarring. No one else though unfortunately.
