Worst pedicure I have ever had. He wound not do as I wanted. He was very rough and sloppy. I asked for someone else to re-polish them and salon would not accommodate. They wanted the same tech to "fix" it. I'm sad. I usually feel so good after a pedicure. Today painful and sad. read more

Very relaxed atmosphere. Tracy always does a wonderful job on my pedicure and doesn't rub my legs hard. Very satisfied customer.

Left my nails looking HORRIBLE! I'm not one to usually complain, but this one just really got to me... 1) left dip and powder all over my hands 2) did not clean under nails at all 3) Here's the worst part... I asked for a pastel yellow that I had picked out in the book it looked nothing like the example once they put it on my nail it was like a school bus yellow! I asked if they had a pastel yellow, and she said no without even looking... I asked if she can mix it with a white which I know she could do and she said no, without even trying. I finally had to ask for the book in order to look for another color myself, so I ended up sticking with the yellow temporarily. Once she started to put all the other colors on, I did not like the yellow with all of my other pastel colors. Not even having the topcoat on already I asked for a color change, I just couldn't stand the deep yellow with all of my other colors. Once I asked for a color change, the manager walked over and tried to talk me into the yellow that obviously did not match the example in the book. Once I stood my ground and said "if I'm paying for these, I can pick another color", in a nice tone the manager started to raise his voice and yell at me that I was taking up time and space and that sometimes the colors just don't match the book, well that's not my fault!!! He yelled at me for a solid 3 to 5 minutes causing a huge scene over one color change. I ended up picking a pastel green that matched my other colors, with the topcoat not even being on yet it took her less than two minutes to take the yellow off and put a pastel green on... Overall, they left my nails looking not cleaned and left crap all under my nails, and I was yelled at for asking for a color change. These also ended up being $70 total with my real nails no tips... how?! Way too expensive and overall horrible customer service! read more

Such a great experience! I had a horrible experience in another salon the day before, so I decided to come to Sophia's to give them a try! They exceeded any expectations I had! I was sat down almost immediately without an appointment with Phillip. He was so attentive and paid so much attention to detail! Since I had just had my nails done the day before, he made sure to take extra time to soak off my nails to keep them as healthy as possible. Super clean and taken care of with such great workers! I visited Sophia Nails Spa today for the 1st time for a pedicure. Lily did my pedicure & was excellent. I have no complaints!

Absolutely terrible. I went back to have them fix my nails and they told me it was my fault.

If I could take the stars they were given by others I would. Here is why... I asked for a certain design and Lilly said yes she could which. I know she can so I'm like ok great she asked the shape I said just like the picture which is a coffin. She starts placing the nails and I said they are very skinny and pointy she said "powder make it look right" I said ok well powder did not make them look right i looked like i and skinny talons for nails. They (her and her husband) tells me it's because you have a small nail bed which is a lie i have had coffin before and they were so bad that it looked hideous and I said I can not have this on my wedding day she says she isn't redoing them. I said then take it off and I will go to someone whom can do them right. While I am on the phone with my future mother in law to see where she goes and I am telling her what happened the husband and lilly starts yelling at me about it. And me trying to keep my cool just kept telling them I am not going to argue with you over and over again. So after them charging me 45 dollars to walk out with my nails looking like crap I went straight to Luxury nails and got the best experience I could have. They assured me they would fix my nails for my special day and that they did. After further investigation to make sure that it wasn't just a different type of coffin nail I found she used the XL Ballerina which is FARRRRR FROM THE COFFIN NAIL. I may have lost $45 bucks with the crap job they did but they just lost a few hundred bucks because the entire wedding party was planning on going friday for hands and feet to be done and now they will all be going to Luxury Nails where they will get what they ask for. Sophia's if you don't know the difference between a coffin nail and a XL Ballerina then you shouldn't be doing nails!
