He called beforehand and they guy (Joseph) said they could take us if we came now. That was fine. We walked in & its gorgeous inside. This is where the positive part of the review stops. Sadly. He showed us to the VIP room. I dont think it was - I think it's just the pedicure room. Still was nice though. We asked for a drink menu. This place offers 1 free alcoholic (or non alcoholic) drink. The entire menu was not spell checked. I'll post a photo. It doesnt actually have a list of what they have. It took them 15 minutes to get us the menu (after I asked a 2nd time for it). A guy tech finally came in and gave me and my boyfriend their Services List. We already knew we wanted basic pedicures. He literally scoffed. Um. Excuse me... if you offer it don't be rude when people request it. He took my drink order. I couldnt tell what they had so I just said red wine. My boyfriend asked for a specific martini. He came back with mine. He said my boyfriend would have to wait for the bartender. My boyfriend's tech still hadn't come in. My tech ran the water too hot for me then when I said something, made it too cold. And just left. I was going to let him know but oh well. My boyfriend's tech comes in. Neither tech was friendly or said hello. Just wanted to know which service. She went to ask about my boyfriend's drink after I asked her to. She came back and said they couldnt do that. He asked for something else. She went back and told Joseph. Joseph is the front person and the 'bartender.' That guy stayed busy. I felt bad for him. Halfway through my boyfriend's pedicure-no drink. I look mad at this point. She could tell so she went and checked again. Finally got it 5 minutes later. Was very good. The pedicure was not great. He hurt me. I would literally go "ouch!" and he just grabbed my foot again. The paint job was sloppy and not professional. They gave us the tickets and walked away without any word. When we were in line to check out, there was a woman in front of us who had come in to complain about her nail job. Doesnt bode well. They didnt really do much for her either. I have mixed reviews on even trying it again, but the nail places in Longview are terrible. At least this one serves drinks... The one positive about this place other than it's really nice inside is that they serve drinks. Joseph is very friendly as well.

Tech asked someone else to do my nails. New tech was rude and asked why I didn't communicate what I wanted. I DID. He was very rushed and nicked my cuticles. (They are still sore) I usually get offered a massage or beverage. But not this time. Although the manager stood close by the entire time. They also didn't seem to know how to do Ombré and failed on mine and my daughters. It took two hours to get nails that look like amateurs did the work. I felt unwanted and like I was a problem. The vibe was like everyone was talking about me for making them redo the work. I would not recommend. Went back a couple of days later to get them repaired. Needed to wait for the cuts to kinda heal. Waited over 2 hours to get any help.

The older gentleman who did my mani pedi was bossing me around and painting my nails /all over my fingers. It is quite literally the worst manicure I've ever had.
