Sucks that I never got a response. Wanted to get a service, saw the website only allows appointments to be made via phone only. Called during working hours only to get told to text the phone number to ask for an appointment. Still never heard back from anyone till this day. My thing is why even have it posted that your open, and work by appointment only but don't respond to new potiential customers. If you aren't accepting, or closed business, etc you should update your site/social media, to spare other people from getting their time wasted. read more

Arina ALWAYS does a good job. I usually get the Brazilian when I go in - clean slate every time. She's pretty quick at it too and I feel the price is very reasonable. Ok let's cut to the chase Arina is a waxer extraordinaire seriously people she's ALLSTATE the good hands lady. Slather me up rip it off all the while chatting me up and cracking me up. Just kidding well maybe not lol 5 stars I received a Bday waxing gift. which really made me think wait I'm not a chia pet or a giant fur ball. I mean I groom and manscape sorry but it's relevant information lol So what's the deal. In all honesty I have been waxed over the years with a little on my upper back and eyebrows. But like I said the nether regions are well manicured and freshly groomed on a regular basis. Nevertheless I loved the gift as my upper back was a little fuzzy and Arina did me up. I mean seriously (20) minutes later slam bam thank you ma'am I'm clean as a baby's bottom, all oiled up, polished, shammied and clean as a whistle good to go. Wow Arina is the bomb, personable, efficient, engaging, charming and supremely talented. Btw she uses a special blend of honey wax worked great and clearly everybody with a sweet tooth was following me around the rest of the day lol Sophie's salon is in a cute little suite of offices on Robertson blvd in Beverly Hills, clean, professional and slammed there is a reason she's (5) stars and booked. A great experience and I will be back to see Arina who by the way had way to much fun slathering me up and ripping it off as she smiled and laughed throughout I have a feeling that her little den of horrors and spandex leotard with mask and whip come out after a couple of visits lmao. Not only did she change the shape of eyebrows (not what we discussed), but I now have this insane burn on my eye. I have never had anything like this happen to me. I am a relatively new customer to Sophie Wax and waxing in general. I've been coming here for the past 4 months and have had a positive experience every time. Arina is super friendly and makes the experience so smooth, even though I dread the appointment every time. Waxing is painful! She keeps me distracted with conversation which I appreciate since the experience can feel awkward for a newbie like me. Her space is very clean and inviting, and she is always so easy to reach. Whether it is through Yelp message or phone call, she is very quick to respond and book your appointment. The only thing I will say is the communal building restroom is not the nicest, but I think that is not something she can really change or else I know it would look much nicer. read more
