That loyalty made my most recent visit all the more disappointing. I had a 10:50am appointment. The day before, Felicia texted asking if I could push to 11am. I said I'd try to rearrange my plans. She replied: "let's keep the 10:45." I managed to move things around (because if she was asking, I figured she was in need, and I wanted to help) and arrived at 10:57 -- 7 minutes late by the original booking, not 15. When I walked in, Felicia told me I was 15 minutes late. I explained I'd rearranged my schedule to accommodate her request. She shrugged and said "too bad, I already booked someone afterwards.". It wasn't until I was in the room that I checked the reminder email -- original appointment: 10:50. So by her own scheduler, I was 7 minutes late, not 15. Felicia eventually gave me an extra 5 minutes to make up for the mix-up, and I appreciated that. But the cold, dismissive way she started the appointment stayed with me. That's not how you treat someone who's followed you for 15 years. Part of why I see Felicia specifically -- and not one of those high-volume places with curtain walls and hospital beds for tables (you know the ones) -- is the whole experience. A facial should be calming and restorative, and Felicia's warmth has always been as much a part of that as her technique. When that warmth disappeared at the door, it colored everything that followed. The facial itself was top notch. Felicia is genuinely skilled, stays current on products and techniques, and can deliver a top-notch treatment in her sleep. I hope this was an off day, because the person that greeted me at the door was not the warm person that I've been loyal to for a decade and a half.

The space is still extremely clean and welcoming in shades of gray, white and silver. As expected, Jefrey is there to greet you and go over what you want done before proceeding. The table is very comfortable, and his demeanor puts you at ease right away. This was my first Oxygen Facial so I was looking forward to this. I just knew to tell him no glycolic acid, and we were good to go. The formulas felt amazing from the cleanser to the moisturizer, and everything in between. The brush he used to apply the product was even relaxing. He did some manual extractions which didn't hurt as much as I thought they would; I really had some around the nose area which is common, but his technique was extremely gentle. RF (radio frequency) was another highlight; I don't think I ever had this done before but it was a cool feeling. My favorite part was the oxygen blast to the skin which was really refreshing. An hour here really showed a difference; the benefits were immediate, and I couldn't be happier. I'm almost afraid to touch my face (which I need to stop doing anyway) but if I'm in need of a refresh before an event (I'm not holding my breath) or if I simply want to treat myself, I know where to go-Thank you Jefrey at Radiance Revealed!

She took such great care of my skin, and cleaned all my pores. After, she applied the HiFu machine. HiFu stands for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound. It stimulates collagen, which tightenined and lifted my skin. It especially helped my jawline! We made sure I was comfortable, and even at the highest and most effective setting it was smooth! Akemi has such a great touch. I felt very safe with her, and I also had no downtime. My skin felt soft with no annoying redness the next day. Akemi was so accommodating, and my skin is so much tighter now. I would recommend going in with Akemi 1-2 times a month with the HiFu treatment! I love it.

My hands were also not moisturized or massaged, which I expected as part of a full manicure. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I felt dismissed and made to feel as though I was being unreasonable.
