The Tuesday before the Saturday event, we received word that a vital family member was ill, and rescheduling became necessary. I called Alicia, and her first concern was that my parents were OK. I apologized and asked if it was too late to move to another date and venue with her, and she provided her available Saturdays. A couple of months later, we were able to successfully execute our event in Fairfield, different venue-different town-SAME caterer, and we were ecstatic about the food and service. Alicia and her staff really connected. We had brisket and sausage, mac-n-cheese, slaw, nanna pudding & cobblers, with sweet tea. This company is dishonest. They did not deliver food of quality. It lacked presentation and taste…read more Also, this company did not fulfill the contract and it admitted it in an email. My class simply wants reimbursement for ONLY what they did not service and they are refusing. We paid $2700 for food and are asking for $879 for food that was NOT delivered. This company slowly responds to emails and was given ample time to make amends as well as reimburse our class. I feel disappointed in their food service and customer service. I have included a "capture" picture of 1 out of 7 of my concerns with what was ordered per contract. He ONLY admits/apologizes 2 1/2 weeks after the event, when I bring it to his attention. I find that quite strange. Not once was I called and/or notified there was an "accident." This should have been reported to me immediately, the day of the event. It appears as if he did not think I would notice. I find that sneaky and immorally wrong. I have plenty more evidence to support my claim on the service and contract not being fulfilled. I have not even included my comments on the taste.
